Then why don't you put up or shut up! Sue the board, sue the county and see just how far you get big boy! You bunch of idiots voted Bailey and this is the sh!t you get. But be my guest and just sue this bunch and see just how far you get. Why don't you get with Koback, Debusk, and the rest of the bunch that keep running your mouths and step up to the plate and do a lawsuit? Why because it is all bunch of lying BS. So JUST STFU!

I heard there are lawsuits in the works currently. Seems like I rem a while back when some board members were held personally responsible for something like $15,000 over bad decision making. One person didn't do all of the voting in this...the yays share that blame!

That law suit was won because of the laws against moving and demoting people just because the board members did not like them. This is different. Don't see the county losing any lawsuits of this decision. This plant will be in the Constitutional Oaks property. Sorry Charlie!

Oh, that would be great if things panned out for the good and the plant built and people getting jobs. BUT!, this man's past doesn't give the people of Lee any hope that he will uphold his end of the deal. IF he doesn't and the county is stuck with repaying scammed funds, the boards then should be held responsible. Why should the community be expected to pay for those board's mistake? Especially when most of the county is against it?

I have to disagree with you, I don't believe most of the people are against it. As usually most of the noise comes from a few people. If in fact all the rules and regulations are followed I believe it could be a good thing. Lee County has permit folks to monitor and make sure all regulations are up to par.

I wouldn't let the County take one red cent from me. Those that got us into this, need to pay it all back. They can start with IDA handing over their monthly checks...step down and be banned from running for office again. Is this too harsh? We are talking anywhere from $250,000 to $450,00. That's a lot of pocket change!!

GreenUSA says the board will vote on their project on Dec 6 2012. Will this ever be over?
Hey, don't believe one word you read on that website with no company, OK?

The Rose Hill Dumpe’…. Where de mone’?

Try this fairy tale and keep your eye on the “pea.”

Once upon a time a fat, fast Frenchman came to town bearing tall tales of entrepreneurship and a boatload of “gifts” for to enlist influential “friends” for a venture into the future. He was “green to the gills” and soon “pie in the sky” was as sure as that secret cache under the friend’s meetin’ table; same table where we don’t meet when we do and where “strategy” is performed.

You could tell exactly who he rubbed with “green” strokes by the “yea” in their votes; so much green to share and so much secrecy to bear. Anyhoo, this little fat F____ R played his tune and these “friends” let him hold their money -- or rather proffered the pocket of John Q. Ole frenchy didn’t have a pot to “P” and being handsomely reassured, sent out a world green IPO (4-22-12) offering wise men a chance to get in on ground floor at 9 cents a share. Watch the “P.” I put yore money which ain’t with my money what ain’t and we both be rich.

And so the story goes, a pretty little housewife understood French real good and timidly asked,“WHAT THE HELL’S GOIN’ ON HERE?” And that loose yarn on that frenchman’s fat behind began to unravel in spite of all the “fixin” by “friends” who loudly declared,“We’re 100% behind this little S.O.B.”(You see their 9 cent stock was fallin’ too). They even tried to keep this spaceship afloat by declaring a formal meeting a “non-meeting” so another “non-meeting” can be held 12-6-12, after “strategy” of course. So now frenchy is movin’ on if more “green” don’t show.

Yep, we know where de mone’; in de mail. And de audit be fine cause we own the auditor and noooo____body lies in Lee Co. Gu’mit.

According to scholars of doom, the sun will disappear through the center of the Milky Way on 12-21-12; the earth will tremble; pillars of smoke, fire, and 100 lb. hail will fall on us; the heavens will be sucked into a great black hole; ……. books will be opened.

I believe ……. that the books will be opened in Lee County, that “lost and lying audits” will come to light and goats will be separated from the sheep.

There can only be one reason why a 40 million dollar project was pursued, without due diligence and against all common sense, with entities who fail routine business practices of financial courtesy and accountability. Absent a full investigation I can only conclude that approving authorities are involved in what could have bankrupted the county. This was not good ole boys doing favors for each other.

As a property owner and taxpayer I demand a full investigation of every detail of this case, preferably by Federal Authorities due to its interstate aspects. Let the chips fall as they may and recover any lost taxpayer monies with businesslike brutality. What better day to begin than 12-21-12? Failure to act in a timely manner convinces of culpability.
