Is a nasty place to live. It has cockroaches. The floors look clean when you move in then big black stains come up on the floor after you have been there a while. The price is way to high for what you get. The manager is sneaky and trys to tell you what to do with your kids. They can not keep anyone to fix anything. So when something breaks you go forever before it gets fixed. I suggest if you are looking for some where to rent stay away from this place.

I would highly recommend anyone that wants to rent here, do not do it. We have lived here for a year and the heat still doesn't work, closets do not have any doors on them, and if you are at least two weeks behind on your rent, she will put a notice on the door and expects you to pay it right then and there. If you have any guest or another vehicle, heaven forbid you park in the parking spots without the ones marked for the tennats, or else you will receive a nice orange sticker on your vehicle for no reason at all from her. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart and the bathroom sink doesn't drain at all, if it does it goes down on the kitchen counter tops. The manager has no management skills what so ever along with no people skills either. She acts like a cop whenever she is not one at all and these places are way over priced too!
amen to that

i dont know her last name but her first name was linda.. we called the board of health.. not sure if they came out to check things out.. we got outta there as soon as we could.. they sprayed or supposedly sprayed for bugs every month but it didn't do any good and the lady that did the sprayin.. the "bug lady" was so rude and would just walk right in your house.. our water heater would constantly go out at least once a week.. the gas company red tagged our heater and said it needed to be replaced because it was a fire hazard.. but all she did was replace a part and said it was fixed and it still kept going out.. thats when we just gave up and left.. we moved to a different state.. i just feel so sorry for the people that still live in that place

I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! My water heater broke last week. I have been complaining now for over a week that I have no hot water, and it still has yet to be fixed!!!!!! The manager doesn't want to seem to do anything about it. This place is a joke, people move out all the time because of her. I would never move here if I were you. All you will get is a bunch of grief from the "manager" and a hell hole to live in that is not worth the money!!!

The managers name is Linda James and she is beyond sneaky. We moved in Feb. and toilet water has been leaking onto our kitchen stove since day one.The BOY she has pretending to fix things is her son.we told her our air wasn't not working properly and she said we were wrong that night we left the unit caught on fire. She wears the same clothes for days on end. When they come in your home you cant get the body odor smell out for hours.thats real proffesional.Dont make the mistake of moving in here.Sleeping under a bridge would be much cleaner with less hassle.

I lived there in the early 80's and it was actually a nice place to live. But that's been a while.

My wife and I stayed there for a year it was so bad then- sounds like it has not got any better-at least you dont have to worry about your nieghbors door being blown off and into the street because the had a gas leak that the complex did not want to fix-thank god nobody was at home. You have to call the zoning dept and the electrical division for wiring(they have cut alot of corners)I called all these people they came out and the complex was cited, nothing was being repaired then we started having water run down our kitchen cabinets from the water pipe above. I took alot of pictures of damage and black mold that was discovered by the city, went to zoning board and pulled all citations for my apt. and the past 5 years (all public info) we ended up after the demand letter staying about a month, then I sued them and collect
x amount $ for damages-they also paid all utilty bills for that month and paid for our move- we setteled outside of court. I am not a attorney but I do know my rights. If you live in such bad condetions all I can say is take lots of pics, get the city involved(make sure u get copy of inspect or citation-all is public infomation)and write a demand letter and quite paying for your crappy conditions, worked really well for myself and others---Good luck

Bob you alwas have something nice to say about everything, but you do not address the problems you only say good things-but then again u ran for a office, you dont want to piss anybody off cause u might need them to donate to your campane - times r hard, the community needs strong leaders that will address the issues the our community has-not someone on the sidelines saying " But they are nice!" You need to step up to the plate, get envolved. To hear you talk you don't really know Columbus that well.

You said u mowed for stat-Granted the 2 owners r nice, well at least one of them goes out of his way to be nice lol, but all u said was positive-thier is negative also 2 sides to a coin but u portray only 1 side- the public sees this- every one understands u dont want to say negative things about one of ur customers that would hurt ur mowing and campane support from the owners-maybe since u can not say anything negative (that is true), maybe its best not to have a say, at least that way u no what the truth is but ur between a rock and a hard place. The public will not have something to throw at you-myself, other EMT's and you know how they are, lets leave that as is.

I only pointed out that I mow several places for them and they have always been prompt to pay me. I don't know anything about their business. I only know good things about them. That's all.

Step up to the plate?!

Are you serious?

All you do is blab, blab, blab about everything under the sun. You are just the community big-mouth who bitches and moans because you have no life.

You are nothing but a gossip-monger, a rumor-spreader, and a troublemaker.

You are not Deputy Dawg, and contrary to your own belief, you have NO AUTHORITY in the community, and the majority of the county think you are a joke.

Put your plastic Junior G-Man badge back in the cereal box, and go back to your penpal websites and teen chatrooms.

Hmmmm....you threatened the very same thing several years ago.

Still waiting.

Oh, wait...you exposed me as Charlie Townsend. You babbled forever about Charlie Townsend on Willow Lane. LOL Was Bob Freeman wrong? OMG!

To catch your prey, you must be smarter than your prey.

You are not.

Very very close? Tell us exactly how close so we will be sure not to miss it....or so we can say, "Well, where is it? Watcha got fat man?"

I can trick you with one hand behind my back and blindfolded.
Remember chatting with Lisa Girl on the teen penpal website? Remember the filthy perverted messages you sent? I have them documented...or as you would call it - archived. Hahahahaha.

LOL You amuse me. Everyone should have a toy like you to play with.
