I have to start by saying I loved this center for the first two years my child attended. We knew the kids were learning and my child enjoyed being there. The staff was like a big family and were very good with the children and parents. We knew everyone and they all knew us.
Last summer (2010) things started to get really bad. Our child was set to start Pre-K. The center was not approved for state funded Pre-K. The owner(s) waited until the last minute to advise parents. Many parents had a very hard time finding slots elsewhere. We chose to keep our child in familiar surroundings and paid for private Pre-K at the center. Then sometime early this year the owners changed. Since then the staff turnover is unlike anything I have ever seen. With each week people are leaving and new people are watching your kids. There is a constant influx of new caregivers who do not have the same dedication. The new non certified staffers must be cheaper than the real teachers and certified caregivers that were there before. Unfortunately the family atmosphere no longer exist. They cut the breakfast hours back so they don't have to feed the children that usually come in later (between 8 & 9am).
This place is no longer a learning center, it's more like a bunch of babysitters. They don't report incidents or have any interest in interacting with the children. They usually sit on the sidelines while the children play amongst themselves. For what they are charging there should be more structured activity. On several occasions I have requested a meeting with the owners over unreported incidents and have not received so much as a return phone call. We are taking our child out and will look for better care elsewhere.
I would advise parents who want QUALITY childcare to pass on Bright Star. This is not a learning environment and the owners got rid of the people who made it a second home for the kids. It's a business that is being run poorly and without direction and you never know who is there when you show up to drop your child off. Either they won't pay for good help or don't care. There is a lot more that I could add to my review but won't. Hopefully whoever reads this takes heed and will avoid the frustration and confusion that is commonplace at this center. Anyone who drives past this place regularly will notice how empty the parking lot is these days. Pick up and drop off time used to bustle, now it's a trickle of parents and kids.

My child has been going to World Class Childcare for seven months and I absolutely love it!! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very professional and most of all my child loves it there and he is learning. Since my son has been attending World Class Childcare I have recommended other parents and they have the same report. My son's teacher is CDA certified and has a passion for her students. As a single mother, finding a good child care facility is absolutely hard work, but I am truely thankful that I found this one. I wouldn't change anything!!

I have been teaching at Mundy's Mill Childcare, for the last five years, which is now World Class Childcare. In these five years, I've seen directors, teachers and kids come and go. I've been here for quite some time and I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. I have children that are attached to me and I am attached to them. They are having so much fun learning that they are not ready to leave and go to public school. I am not the only teacher that have this type of impact on their students. This says alot about the teachers here at World Class Childcare. We have passion and a teaching heart for all of our kids here at World Class Childcare. I love the way the facility is being operated now. The parents are great!! The director and front staff are friendly, the teachers get along with each other. We are family and this is now a peaceful work environment. I LOVE IT!!!

World class childcare gets a B- from me. Its not mainly the staff because I can see that many of them are dedicated. The front desk staff is getn better than it used to be, the two young ladies who work up front are very sweet and try to address my concerns. Mrs. Von the director can be a very very rude sometimes and shes very hard to get in touch with, for the most part those are the only complaints I have about her. My child has been in their after care which is now summer camp and it gets worse and worse everyday. There are way too many students in the classroom and they have 3 brothers that my daughter complains about everyday. She says they are such bullies and they do whatever they want to other students and staff. I am very concerned about this because something needs to be done about this. But my daughter for some reason loves this place so I let her stay, overall its about what she likes

This day care is extremely unorganized the owner is rude and has no respect for her employees and parents. The assistant at the front desk Is clueless. I pulled my child out after a short time in attendance. The teachers are in and out so much you never know who is there. The safety is not a first priority. They take the children out on freezing wheather and let them ride in bikes with no helmets. And don't serve them what's on the menu at all. I advise you to take your children else where .

When my children first started at this facility it was awesome. Great place to send your child. Over the years it has become just horrible. Staff has become just bad. Doors are not locked. My child's clothing has been lost on 3 different occasions in the last 5 months. Today I am just done with this location. This is the last week before summer and my children will NOT be back.

Owner is rude. She is only there on Mondays( when we have to pay); Which lets me know she only cares about money and not the kids. The teacher student ratio is ridiculous. Staff is never consistent. You never know who will be watching your child each day. There is no check in or check out system being implemented. My child has been removed and will not step foot on the grounds of Worldclass again unless there is a new owner.
