7 different crime scenes,... nary a good guy with a gun at any of them.

The part about a mom driving her child to school being shot at,... nobody should support that as a freedom.

This is a problem. We need to pass a law to encourage more people to carry weapons.
Perhaps a big tax credit if they would carry. Make guns tax deductible.

You are right we need more good guys with guns!!!

Just so you know there is no freedom or right to shoot at mom taking kid to school
There are many laws that says one can't do that.

Perhaps we should make it illegal for moms to take their kids to school.
That would stop that from ever happening again!

Isn't it illegal to shoot at people driving their children to school already? Criminals don't obey the law. Many drugs out are illegal also, has that stopped people from using them?
I hope that if another child is ever shot, it’s yours.

Its been proven over and over that human beings cannot obey gun laws, so its time to remove the guns. It’s just a given that failure after failure after failure to comply with the laws dictatong gn ownership, your guys have let you down Bubba. It’s that ole,“the whole suffers because of the few” scenario.

The only law that’s gonna work is a law against owning firearms. Period.

Your ”we won’t do it anymore” just doesn’t cut it anymore.

I obey gun laws. I also have no mental defects or instabilities. Neither do I take prescription drugs or drink. I also do not break the law. Unless you count steroids for about 4 years. My kids are also grown and out of the house, I own a high quality alarm system, and keep all but one firearm locked away and unloaded at all times.

So unless you're talking about the "reset" concept, I disagree.

So you advocate destroying all guns. No human in America is allowed to have a gun. A citizen cop FBI secret service or even the military.
That would be the only way I would support it. You can't have exceptions. We know military humans have murdered people and cop have murdered people.

You good with that?

Well, based on my link, democrats believe in the second amendment...just with regulation.

I believe the same, which is why I've went ahead and offered a rough example of how they should be regulated.

What's sad, is nobody is making any effort to do the same.

they have had it and it was while Obama was your president.what happened?not a damn thing.and do you want to know why they did nothing?it's because there are millions of gun owners who vote Democrat and the democrats need every edge they can get to win any election so they are never and I mean never going to bite the hand that feeds them

If people don't follow the current laws what makes you think they would follow a law that requires them to give up their guns?

Pass this law. All criminals must surrender their guns.
When they comply then do it again for cops military and then lastly all law abiding citizens will give up theirs.
It would be bad to take the criminals last!

Then all dui must give up their cars. Then speeders and texters! No second chances! Then those at fault for an accident.

I think we are onto something!

Cops collect guns as contraband and they end up in an evidence locker until the court has finished its ruling, then, they stay there for X amount a years. These are guns from simple search and seizures to homicides. At the end, they wind back up in society through pawn shops and police auctions. They need to be destroyed.

Cops make too much money from the lost seized stuff
Haven't you seen how much stuff is missing from Jonesboro evidence storage?
Cops can't keep people from stealing from a building protected by cops!
