Did Suddenlink drop the local LR stations on Channel 4 and 11?!?...went and it was showing the HSN just as it does on Channel 7..Nobody cares about Memphis weather and news, so if they did this, it shows what a POS company they really are.

Channel 4 appears to be the same, but Channel 11 is HSN or one of those shopping networks.

Suddenlink is crap! They could cut their rates in half if they would quit running those stupid ads with the goofy people that are obviously reading their hokey script and the ads with the computer stuttering crap in them! Give us a break!

Exactly how do you think not running those ad's would effect your rate in any way??? Those ad's marketing spot's, they are free and are allocated by Suddenlink to promote the company and their new products.

Suddenlink hasn't taken any channels away and are adding new networks all of the time. Occasionally the line up order changes, but when that happens they always alert you with a message in you DVR or TiVo.

Not everybody has the DVR/TiVo...did you get a message about what happened to KTHV?

Hi- My name is Shannon and I am with Suddenlink. You should still be receiving channels KHTV on channel 11 on your lineup. However, if you are still having trouble, please email me at shannon-AT-suddenlink-DOT-com. Thank you!

Hi Shannon, you need to turn your TV on, it's still HSN, glad we get that on 4 different channels.

Don't ever feel like you have to post anything resembling an apology for telling the truth about what a steaming pile of crap Suddenlink is! They reek!!! Almost nothing but crap cheap programming with porn productions, re-runs, old movies and infomercials and they charge more every damned year, at least, with service outages on a regular basis. They can all burn in hell for being the worst liars and cheats in the industry.

Hi Shannon with Suddenlink - I am Jake with DirectTV. Please pay your bill. Refusal to do so will result in suspension of service. For questions, please email me at payyourfuckingbill_a t_directtv_dot_net

This has to be the most idiotic post ever! No one who works for Suddenlink would ever have Direct TV, unless they lived where Suddenlink wasn't available! FREE Suddenlink service is the best part about working for Suddenlink!! Grow up!!!

Here's the deal... Nothing has changed the channel is offered the same times it always has been and that is only when it is local programming and is blocked when there is ABC programming! And you can thank KAIT for that! They strictly enforce the contract that keeps them from being able to broadcast in this market 24 hours a day. It actually has nothing to do with Suddenlink. Suddenlink broadcasts everything they possibly can! I'm sorry but there is nothing that can be done at this time!:(

KTHV is the CBS affiliate in LR, it has nothing to do with KAIT, an ABC affiliate. Good try though.

Well, if those ads are free they are still paying too much for them! And you and I both know that nothing is really free, there are costs even if Suddenlink is producing the ads themselves. I have expanded basic no movie channels, internet or anything else and my bill is over $75 a month! Multiply $75/month by every household in Jonesboro and tell me they aren't ripping us off! Besides that their service sucks.

I wish CWL would get into the cable business, I guarantee the service would improve, and the price would be cheaper.

This is Arkansas and we, the citizens of Arkansas want the Little Rock channels to remain on Suddenlink in Jonesboro, AR. We get better and more Arkansas news; NFL football games on LR channels aren't same as Tennessee; and statewide coverage of Arkansas interests are programmed better than local station, KAIT8 and Memphis channels.
