Well, i went shopping at Kohl's, but didn't get to buy anything. Asked a manager (Tamara) for help, instead she had me removed from the store. I guess managers are not allowed to help customers.

Yeah, I've never been removed from a store for "asking" for help.

I asked for help and she told them she was to busy to help and wanted me to leave. I have never been asked to leave a store either. I thought it was strange.

HAHA! Obviously you two know each other from somewhere else (and don't get along), or you were getting rude with her. There is no way that anyone that works in retail would be able to have someone removed from a store just for "asking for help!"

I did ask for her to help me, but she told me to get someone else. I told her I wanted her to help. I don't see that as being rude.

How loud did you get? Were you the chick I saw screaming at everyone demanding assistance around 1 pm today? Or mabye you're on their most wanted list? I have been there at least 3 times a week for the last 3 weeks and have never had a problem with anyone there.

This confuses me too. Especially since I shop there often, and I've had the managers help me. I've never been asked to leave the store

hahaha it's just a customer who was probably stoned or high on something and they probably caused a scene and were asked to leave. i work retail, and it's ALWAYS the clerks/manager/anyone-who-work s-there fault. act like an adult in a store and maybe you wouldn't be asked to leave.

No, I was not loud and when asked to leave I left on my own. They didn't have to ask me twice.

Little by little this story is opening very slow. First you asked for help and were asked to leave. Then went to wanted the manager to help you instead of getting a salesperson. Come on, lets hear "the rest of the story".

I worked with her at Kohl's for a year and a half. I have to tell you this sounds out of character for her. I am not saying this did or did not happen (I have had bad days and done this that were out of character myself and I completely understand how that happens). If you have a complaint about the store or one of the store associates, call the store manager and file a complaint with her. If nothing seems to be getting done about it, call the corporate office and they will contact the store manager.

The store manager will take care of any customer complaints that come in, whether it be a store complaint or a complaint on an associate. Hope this helps you with your problem.

I sure do wish Tamara would get on here and tell HER side of this story. Not that I'm saying you did something wrong "getting old" but there are two sides to every story and I'd sure like to hear hers.

I shop at Kohl's and it is my favorite place. I have been told that if you were ever treted rudely - that person would be fired. So for a manager to treat you that way... I have a hard time with that.

I would like to share my experience with the manager at Kohls. My daughter loves the Curious George character, and asked for the doll they had at Kohls for Christmas. Of course, I messed around and waited until about a week and a half before Christmas to go pick one up. Well, I walk in to Kohls and there is not a monkey to be had!! UUGGH-- this can't happen before CHristmas!!! The manager thought they might have another truck coming in at the beginning of the next week, but they were really doubtful that any more dolls would come in. SHe took down my name and number and said she would call. In the mena time, I checked the internet and called other stores (I was willing to drive)--no luck, they were sold out everywhere and didn't expect to get any more in. The following week I get a call from the manager-- they had a few boxes that did come in on their shipment and she put one back for me!!! I have to say this person is AWESOME!!! This was my daughter's favorite gift for Christmas and this manager could have very well not ever called me, but she did. Service like this deserves to be rewarded, and I plan to shop in Kohls more ofter from now on!!! Thank you to the manager!!!

I am glad it is duck season, I was lucky I had my waders to stand in this BS. I hope you really dont think we believe your bs story about the manager. Youre obviously a dumb jerk that got thrown out for being a dumb loser. You probably have a mullet and wearing a wife beater T-Shirt as we type. By the way Bubba how big of ol buck did you kill this year.
