This is a very dangerous place where integrity is unseen. I get sick everytime I used to drive into the lot thinking about all the drama to come. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. Employees are not valued and no amount of effort is ever enough.
I left and I'm very happy now.I learned there are companies out there that value hard work and effort
I will forever regret the decision to apply accept and work there. It was the mist dysfunctional management team ever!
I have heard all the factories are this way. Even if you have good management most people feed off of drama and the work place is a great place to get that fix. I hate to say this but women are the worst when it comes to drama, two faced petty lying drama queens, that's been my experience anyway.

I work there now, and the way I see it, it's not so bad, I'm sure other places would have the same drama, same rumors etc.. When you break it down, a paycheck is a paycheck, we are all there for the same reason. I haven't had a bad experience there yet

I worked there for 3 years, still got alot of buddies out there. Work hard the and the lazy ones work slower. The nice thing was 5 days off. Yep alot of messing around in there. I don't see how people could fool around inside you can't hide form and one in their, it's like a jail.

I'm guessing everyone liked having a week of their vacation taken from their control? I wonder if salaried employees lost a week? I won't even mention the new "old" ETO policy, haha.

What? Salary employees have to work shut downs. They do not get off. I asked after the last one we had. We get off, they have to work.

So, they get to schedule their own vacations, what a novel idea.

Yes she still works there, I think she is the factory Whore!! She likes to mess with married men!! She is a nasty scank and she should have more more class than to mess with married men who have a family. For the men who are screwing her better go get checked. nasty nasty nasty.

So far I am liking Nestle...I love their open door policy and the way they care about their employees. The benefits are great and they offer alot of neat extras you can take advantage of. I went on the Nestle website today and its really awesome that they try to make a difference in the world....developing clean water programs...affordable dairy and nutrition products to underdeveloped countries...utilizes recycling of their containers...resource conservation...healthier ingredients and recipes... Gosh I could go on and on! Im really impressed and as much as my feet hurt I want to stick it out and hopefully one day be involved in all the fun stuff I just listed!:) Way to go Nestle! Oh, and uh...thanks for hiring me!
