The worst place to spend an evening. Manzar...... Do better. Marco sucks, Stan is garbage, and the whole place is just a waste. Ready for them to go under so Jonesboro can install hopefully another successful business.(Why would you bring people from piero's, vox 306, and the other shitty restaurants that family has tried to open, over to your restaurant?) Boo, go back to Syria!!!!
Couldn't have said it better! Just an all around cluster f* ck is what that place has been from the get go.

Tell you why? Any smart business owner should hire people with experience...24 years of experience to be exact. Piero's restaurant on Main st. was also the first restaurant to have a liquor license in town! Be thankful they helped bring jobs and commerce to town or it would be miserable living here!
Please get your facts straight before you criticize.

Right on! 24 years of ground breaking culinary business mastery has culminated in working at a Bennigan's for some random stranger who they've conned like so many past investors in their four consecutively ultimately failed restaurants. Bill Hurt's 501 had liquor way before Piero's and he's still going strong! Bennigan's has barely made it a year and the owner is going door to door trying to sell that nightmare and get out from under it.$2.9 million!?!? He must most certainly be smoking some of his cook's product out of a Pakinstani hookah!

He would have been successful if he would of kept the original management team. I believe Eric had a great amount of knowledge and expierience to make it a success. He knew how to treat the guest and employees.

Who is the pretty woman who was running the floor tonight? I have seen her several times there and would like to really meet her but she seems to hide behind a glass wall. She smiles and is courteous and helpful but shows no interest otherwise. I am not a bad looking guy. I make good money. I am very nice. How can I meet her? Who is she? Gotta be someone out there who knows!

. That would be our Miss Debbie. She is married. She will laugh and joke but she isn't interested in any guy. Back off cause we love her.

My understanding is that they are trying desperately to find a buyer to unload the business on and get the hell out of dodge before the bank takes it back. I know several of the key position employees are actively applying for jobs elsewhere. His wife who's a doctor, absolutley H-A-T-E-S it here. I've heard the bank is heading towards foreclosure on the property. If he can sell it before bank forecloses he can get out without losing his ass, but I don't see anyone walking in and wanting to buy that nightmare for $2.9 million. Bennigan's the franchise filed for bankruptcy and are ranked as one of the worst restaurant franchises to own.

So...lost the anchors. Better hang on to miss Debbie. She is the only class left in the joint. We go in just to see her smile. Any place in town would be blessed to have her. John W at Sue's knows he has a treasure. I don't know what y'all pay her but I know it is not enough! She is a lady all the way!

There's been at least 3-4 changes in management structure in little more than a year. I think one big issue is the owner's unrealistic expectations combined with the fact that prior to this he only had experience running Pizza Huts with a very large management structure which meant he had likely had little to no hands on experience. He was sold a bucket of bullsh*t and lies by the slimy little bastard Young who sold him the property and then hooked him up with another even slimier bastard Willet to get the liquor license and both filled his head with visions of buckets of money. Then the bankrupt Bennigan's people told him he could expect thousands and thousands in profits a week which of course never came and his initial manager from Chicago had no concept what so ever of how f*cked up the Jonesboro market is. They were doomed before the they first opened the doors. Now whatever happens is too little too late, he'll have to pour money into the place for another 5 years or more before he sees a dollar back. Welcome to Jonesboro.

Eric is a pill head and a doper and knows nothing about running a restaurant. As a kitchen manager, he knows his shit. Otherwise he is in over his head. He was banned from all downtown establishments for soliciting pills.

You know what's sad? For a chain the food is good. They got some real good people. The place is real clean. Yet it isn't doing much. I have met the owner. He should stay out of his own place. The general manager may be good with numbers but he is NOT a people person. He never smiles and 3 times I have heard him call a waiter out in front of customers. Prices are a touch high. Place ought to make it. I would go more then I do but I HATE to go any place or be around anyone who is associated with Clay.

I feel much the same way! I've eaten there on three separate occasions, twice food was ok and once it was pretty bad, but it's not bad for chain fodder. Owner and owner's wife don't help with the chemistry of the place, but I like to see owners in their restaurant, shows me they care. Can't stand that little con man Clay so I typcically boycott anything he has his claws into, although usually I don't have to because it either never opens or goes out of business within 6 months.

. Lol. True that! If Clay is involved it is slimey. Heard tonight they lost Ms. Debbie. She was a ray of sunshine in that place. Food was OK, burgers were exceptional. Won't go back now.
