In case you missed the IP, I live in Ohio. And yes, I'm passing a judgement on your attitudes. I have the evidence of your childish posts.

I mean no disrespect to the deceased man by my interest in this case. I want justice for him and those who loved him, but I will have to admit I have done my share of armchair detective work. I knew a lot of the people involved in this and just can't imagine why Carl would have this done without Michelle's involvement. I believe that Carl loved his grandchildren and this just doesn't make sense.

I cannot understand how a woman can go back to the home that her husband was shot dead in and sleep. She is back at the house because I saw her and she looked like nothing was wrong in her life. She is a cold hearted woman and all I can think is no one has the right to decide when another person's life is over. She may not be a cold hearted bit-- but she sure is acting like one.

[I can't imajine what these children are going thru, I have all the respect in the world for the media but they seem to be the cause of alot of this madness going on...What if this was your child, your husband, your wife.your friend would you feel the same pleasure that you are recieving now? if you are a christian the answer would be no. There is nothing that can be said to make people quit gossiping but "you really need to think one of these days you will be judged and it will be a sad day that you can not take all the hatred that you are dishing out, Let this man die with repect and let the children know that you are with them not against them, This meaness is only coming thru you which is from Satan. just think this could be you one day.......
The media is not the cause of any of this "madness". The killers are. I personally do not believe people are getting pleasure out of discussing this. Topix is a forum in which the public can come on and express their opinions. If you don't like it, don't come on the website. I wouldn't exactly say that this man died with respect as he was ambushed in his own home. And speaking of Satan, Satan was in the three responsible for this murder and anyone else involved or had prior knowledge and did not report it to the police as it could have saved this man's life.

Carl Kelly is a sorry excuse of a man. He abused his ex-wife and was not the model father to his children and he got lucky because Michelle married well and he was taken care of by Marc. He deserves GODS wrath and may he get it and if Michelle is involved I hope she pays right along with him. Marc loved Brooke and she loved him. Her mother stole that from Brooke. May she pay.

Of course Michelle was involved in it. What reason would Carl have had for wanting Marc dead except that Michelle had asked him to kill him? What a sacrifice he's made for his daughter. He's given up his freedom for her. I hope she sleeps well at night. Is she still going to work? I wonder what she's saying to her coworkers. I wonder what she's saying to people at her son's ballgames.

Kinda funny, tho, how everybody was so sure she did it and now that the police found out who it really was those same people are so sympathetic toward her. Feeling guilty for judging her wrongly maybe?

The investigation is very far from being over, so I don't think it wise for anyone to feel so smug, just yet.

Sorry, die hard conservative here. Voting for Perry. See, you assume based on your own ignorance and prejudices. Michelle and I have been friends since we were toddlers.

Carl has always been somewhat volatile, and though I have not seen him in years, I know how he treated Cathy. My mom and Cathy were good friends for a long time.

What I'm saying is that everyone needs to quit slinging mud at anybody even remotely involved. Wait until the full set of facts come out before you start spreading hearsay. Did it ever occur to you that Michelle may be hurt badly, but is bearing up for her kids? Not everybody hides in bed and bawls their eyes out when bad things happen. Some try to go about their business.

Th truth is, none of you know exactly what happened, not even the cops know fully at this point, so anything you say is pure speculation.

True - but most aren't confronted with a divorce- their husband murdered two days later - she leaves work early to "find" him before the kids get home, refuses HIS family to say a proper goodbye- slings mud at them - allows her dad to attend visitation and sit up front during funeral- her dad is arrested for hiring someone to kill her husband- she goes to football game - smiling and laughing- now i heard shes off to the lake- oh and did I mention her own daughter isn't talking to her? I heard she had moved out- That's not grieving in my book or putting up a front for her kids- that's just COLD. I personally think she is guilty - but she will let her Dad take the fall for it- because she is greedy and cares for nobody but herself! Not her husband, dad, and certainly not her kids!

If Carl was "somewhat volatile" as you say then why was he involved in Michelle, Marc and her kids life to begin with? Marc's parent's were not allowed in their lives anymore so why was Carl?
