It will always be better than nasty ass sage. Those people wish they were at Ridgepoint. Cheap cookie cutter houses that aren't worth half what that paid. At least Ridgepoint is beautiful.

Affordable housing for Jonesboro's elite.

Most of the houses are a lot cheaper than other places in the nation. For example, a rich New Yorker would laugh at some guy in Jonesboro who brags about a $500,000 home (the average price of a house in Ridge Pointe, according to the internet). Even where I'm from, a $500,000 house only gets you your basic Colonial style four bedroom. Both Sage Meadows, and Ridge Pointe are for show. Just like most things in the South. Get used to it. However, if you want to ensure a small amount of safety, along with living quite comfortably,Sage and Ridge are great places to live. Just as long as you can afford it. Mortgages there are pretty cheap. About $2,000 a month if you do the math. A good investment, too.

Most every "elite" person in Jonesboro are in Jonesboro because they could not make it the same way in any other state in this country.

i was going to buy a house in ridgepointe for winter living and one in sage meadows for summer, but neither would allow me to put my yacht in their lake, so i just split the difference and moved into the yacht on craighead lake.

The point (no pun intended) is-this isn't New York. It's Jonesboro.

And that's why we love it. Most of us want to settle down. Seeing the rest of the country is not important to us. We just want to work, take care of our family, go to church, & live in peace. That's why I'm here.

Screw ridge pointe. They are all broke and just want to show off their expensive house that they can't make payments on. Screw them. Nothing but a bunch of low life's.

Eveybody has the right to spend their money on whatever makes them happiest and shouldn't be criticized for it. If they want a home in Ridge Pointe and can afford to pay for it, more power to them. Life's short-enjoy it!

a 30 year mortgage, after the down payment is put down. That's how I figure. I own a $300,000 house, and my mortgage is around $1300 per month. Quicken is the best place to get financed.

Well when I, a girl, put money down on my house I put down around $50,000 worth of savings (took me about six years to save) The average monthly mortgage in Arkansas is a little over $1,000 per month ( do the research.) And most people don't even put down as much as I did for their houses.

I'm sick of them pulling out of Ridgepoint right in front of me in the mornings like I'm invisable in their BMW or Lexus and pokin' along like they've got all the time in the world. And they are only going to Wal-mart! Move it or lose it!
