Does anyone know Skip Highfill? I have heard some positive remarks, but some very disturbing info. I have insurance with him, but thinking that I should switch. HELP!

The people in his office were always nice...but never once did I deal with him or hear from him unless he was trying to get me to increase my life insurance. After my accident I never heard from him or anyone in his office...until I switched to a different State Farm Agent...who was a real sweet heart..but I found a better deal with Geico and am glad I switched...and I can do it all online and not be harrassed.

Every time I go in there he's always gone. And i go there quite alot on business. He should just turn the business over to David. He's the one that practically runs that place. Every time I'm there at least.

Yeah, he's too busy to talk to his customers. He has his receptionist call for him and then he hides. Haha. I switched and glad that I did.

run, quick! he's disrespectful, thinks of money only. Not interested in his clients or problems they face. Sad, but true.

Omg...i didn't know that skip died. that explains everthing. Haha...."Skippy" was in the same league as wallace fowler? he should have taken lessons from wallace fowler then. NOWHERE near the same business man, one has interest in their customers and the other hides. RIP.

I'm reduced to topix to try to find an honest agent and good insurance, but stuff like this is priceless and not likely to be on the BBB sites.

Any new positive suggestions. I've got to do this soon. thanks

I use Ben Ford who is a State Farm agent on Caraway road by Maxx Nutrition. I'm very happy with them as well as the price I pay for my coverage. When i first switched to them from Allstate, i saved a yearly total of $1200. They are very friendly and every-time I go in there they seem to know me by name and remember me. I don't feel like just another face. They were also very helpful on a claim I filed with them several years ago. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Hope this helps.
