Those republican taliban insurgents in Congress voted yet again, for the 33rd time, to repeal healthcare. Y'all need to tell all those obstructionists that it's time to move on. ---------- Prior to the final vote, the House rejected a Democratic motion that would have required any legislator supporting the repeal measure to give up government-provided health care. http://us.cnn.com/2012/07/11/politics/house-h...

At least the House repealed the monster today. Lets hope the Senate gets some common sense and follows them. The economy will not improve, until Obama and his unaffordable healthlesscare act are gone. Well....why don't you just post a link to those facts that you are so proud of. And don't post a link to some goofy right wing christain crusading blogspot because I'll be watching.

It is time to move on. The House has done their job, when will the Senate repeal the monster. Every American should contact their Senator and demand that they do their job. If they get enough calls, they will do their job and repeal this anti-American monster. I will join you in telling the obstructionists in the Senate to move on. They will either move on this repeal, or move on out of the Senate.

You cannot document any of you fictional statements. All you can do is start acting like a child and start the insults. Move on. Either get the facts of leave.

I have worked for 3 different corporations and my premiums have exceeded $8000 at all 3 companies. Welcome to the real world. Well you should find solice in knowint that if your insurance company doesn;t spend 80% of that premium on your healthcare during the year, you get it back. See how that works under Obamacare? If you don't get sick or see a doctor all year, you get a rebate check from your insurer, if you do get sick, you have it covered. So are you telling me that it is better for you if we go back to you paying all that premium in, never to see it again? Why, insurance companies used to be able to tell you to kick a can if they didn't want to pay for your hospital bill, using some lame excuse like "pre-existing conditions" or just claim that bueracracy and red tape cause problems. What it all boils down to is, this nation's medical costs is going to be shifted to the insurance companies, where it's supposed to be. That's why your rightwing leadership in Washington is panicked over it. Insurance comapnies own the Republicans, so quite naturally Republicans will go to bat for them. Those days are over. I think we should mandate life insurance next.

Here's the reality: you are adding 50 million people to the system that cannot afford health care. Not 1 of them will be paying a dime out of pocket and with no risk of facing collections they will be going to see doctors more, more ER visits, etc. How can our government afford that? Liberal answer: well, you see, we take Medicare and cut $500 billion and we yadda yadda yadda this and yadda yadda that and we come up with a surplus so we can give back rebates to healthy people. Reality: mathematically, we cannot do this without borrowing money. Just like we are doing now with Medicare, Medicaid, social security, Fannie Mae, freddie Mac, US postal service, and every other failed government program. So where does the money come from? Our government is $16 trillion in debt, so where does the money come from to pay people rebates and cover 50 million new people? Are you going to be cool with the government restricting your food stamps to only being able to purchase fruits and vegetables because youre too much of a fatass and will be costing the system more money? Stop relying on the government for everything. The healthcare system is a problem because of lazy bastards like yourself.

Exactly. Which is why I feel the whole repeal vote was nothing more than a political show and a big waste of time. There is nothing that can be done about Obamacare at this point so I feel we should just move on to other things. However I do realize this is an election year so the chances of that happening are slim. I just feel if the people truly don't want this then they will vote Obama out, until then it is what it is.

The majority of the healthcare cost will shift to the tax payers. That is why they need such a large tax increase as we have included in the bill. Millions of Americans will lose their healthcare coverage. Millions of Americans will die, because they cannot be the medical care they need. I for one will be forced to drop my insurance coverage. I will not have any insurance plan that includes rewards for murdering children.

(CNN)-- U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia downplayed reports of personal and ideological rifts stemming from the recent landmark health care reform ruling, telling CNN in an exclusive interview "it offends me" to hear criticism of his colleagues over how they ruled.
