We are not trying to be misleading. I think i said it quiet plainly. Of course hospitals dont pay for our malpractice insurance. When shit hits the fan who do u think the hospital tries to blame. First the nurse, then the doctor. They are always innocent.

Dr Crawley is one of the best doctor's in Jonesboro. He has a great bed side manner, and to me that means alot. You cant get any better than him. My son David is a patient of his and he is very good with children. Better than any pediatrician here in Jonesboro.

I have used Dr.Majewski, the plastic surgeon and I would not recommend him to anyone. Dr Young at the Facial Surgery Clinic off Matthews is excellent. Also, I would not recommend Dr Cranfield for anything!!

Dr. Porter at Clopton is good; however, bedside manner is not good but don't think he realizes his offensive manner

I'm not a doctor but I've seen patients and their families act like great big jerks towards doctors. To the point of where if I were a doctor I'd refuse to treat the patient. Some families think that their family member is the only one needing attention when actually the doctors are working their butts off trying to take care of others. Then the family members want to treat the doctor like crap. And that's no way to treat someone that you want to take care of someone you love. Get a life people and wake up. If you're not happy with the care that you're receiving, the door goes out just the way it went in. Those doctors don't care if you ever come back or not. They're overworked as it is.

Nothing could be truer than this. All you great people who love Obama care have no clue the hell before you. Most doctors are slammed today with patient load. Who is going to see the 30 million people with "insurance" now? The same doctors already over worked, over regulated, and under compensated in most cases. When our death rate climbs and our suffering grows just remember, Barrack Hussien Obama, Nancey Pelois, Harry Ried, Blanche & Marion.
You elected them and you will pay for doing so, in more ways than I have time or heart to describe. Get well soon Arkansas.

This doctor im refering to was not overworked he spent most of his time hanging around the receptionist desk flirting with the nurses and staff and that was absolutely not the case in my experience. There was plenty of staff including the ones hiding back in the halls talking to their bf or gf on the cell pho. The emergency room was full of patients being denied care for hours. Wanna talk about a lazy staff. We had asked for some assistance three times and was promised they would be with us real shortly and nothing happened. There were at least 20 staff members up front some were working but most were not. We were not a welfare case and was paying in cash in full and could not even get care. I hope when Obama care takes place these doctors get a real taste of work and they will. If they do not want to work believe me there will be hundreds waiting and willing to take their place. Doctors have been way overpaid way too long. So these doctors better get ready to retire or be ready to sell those expensive cars , condos in Florida. yachts, and vacation homes. Hope they allready have those 14,000 sq ft. mansions paid for. Doctors may work long hours but do not have a clue what real work is. Im speaking of manual labor. Let them try and work out in this 100 degree heat for just an 8 hour shift and see how long they last. LOL

Lets see you spend twelve years of your life furthering your education! Quit bad mouthing people, if you don't like a doctor then don't use them! End of story. Don't get on here and bash them. REALLY consider what type of people are making these comments... most people on topix are deadbeats. So consider the source of these comments.

Don't bad mouth doctors when they spent a lot of their lives furthering their education so that they could help people like YOU idiots!

Just because doctors don't spend 8 hours out in the heat doesn't mean they don't work their tales off. They work from can to can't most days with people nipping at their heels all day long. They were in the library studying for exams when most people were out dating and having a good time in their 20's and into their 30's. They chose the long hard road. And everyone is a critic.
This is the land of opportunity. If someone wants to get out of the heat, they too can go to college for 8 to 12 years, go in debt for hundreds of thousands of dollars, and devote themselves to their studies above all else. Then they can come inside to the air conditioning and work. But be careful what you wish for because it may not be as sweet as you think it is. Give these guys a break why don't you? Being a doctor is a tough job.

I don't mean for this to sound so rude, but if you were that unhappy, why didn't you just leave and go across town??

Fortunately doctors arent dumb enough to have to work out in the 100 degree heat. I am sensing a little jealousy. Oh and they will always make more money, be more respected, have nicer things, and will be nice and cool in the hospital. Its called a college degree and if you were smart enough to get one, then you wouldnt have to work in the heat.

Its funny how people constantly talk about how doctors are overpaid, etc., etc., etc. But let me just ask you...when you need major surgery, have a heart attack, or a serious health condition you expect them to take care of you and repair you to perfection? This is not something anyone else can do. If that doesn't happen then the general public is quick to file a malpractice case against them. On the other hand, if the yard man messes up your garden it's just not really that important is it? There is always someone who can tend to your yard! So, after all the years of school and residency and the high expectation of them, don't you think they should make a substantial wage considering your wellbeing rests in their hands??
