I had a bad car wreck in 1996 and Dr. Ball has operated on me 8 times since then to fix various orthpedic problems. He has always treated my family and me with the utmost respect and care. He has returned calls to me on the weekend. During this 10 year period I have seen VERY little turnover in his staff, so he must be treating them respectfully and fair. If he corrects a nurse in the hospital its because he wants the best for his patients.

I also use and like Dr. Steve Woodruff (the greatest), Dr. Bing Behrens, Dr. Raymond Greaser, Dr. Tuck, Dr. Barker, Dr. Chris Rowlett, Dr. McAlexander, and Dr. Roberts.

Didn't care for Dr. Beata Majewski as a doctor but I thought she seemed like she was a nice person. I just didn't agree with her assessment.

Dr. Weingold is a jerk. Dr. Donald Guinn is an arrogant a** who doesn't listen to his patients and really doesn't want to be bothered with them too much. I had a very bad experience with Dr. Spainos (spelling>) that almost resulted in my death.

That being said, does anybody have any experience with Dr. Tomasz Majewski, plastic surgeon?

First, I very seriously doubt the doctor "lied." Honestly people, has anyone on here never forgot to do something?!? Take a little personal responsibility and simply call back.. It must have been a normal test, huh? So what is there to complain about, other than to complain!
It still does not appear as if you are reading that orginal post very thoroughly. They state that they DID call back, twice.
When you deliberately don't do something that you tell someone you will do,I think it qualifies as lying.LIke I said,if he's so busy that he "forgot" to have a patient notified of test results that he had them bust their butts getting to the ER to have done,he needs to really go do something else that might not require quiet so much memory power.

It seems to me there are a lot of nurses on this site defending their actions and the actions of Doctors they work with. It's a shame that neither understand the importance of what they do. When a patient comes in for treatment they EXPECT that the Nurses and Doctors are educated enough to diagnose and treat any and all illnesses PERIOD!!!!!!

I work in the NEA ER and let me tell you Dr Dewitt is a Fantastic ER Physician. He really cares about pt and does everything in his power to make sure they get the EMERGENCY ROOM care they need.

The problem is nobody uses the ER as an ER anymore. They use it as there primary doctors office for every sniffle and stumped toe. I blame the medicaid system. Medicaid wont pay for an Urgent care visit unless the DR is you pcp but it WILL pay for an ER visit. The entire system needs a MAJOR overhaul.

according to m'caid unless it is an emergency, the er is also supposed to get a referral from the pcp in order to bill correctly. St. B always gets a mcaid referral and nea never does. You can stop some of that by calling their pcp. If no referral is given they can go to their dr's office or pay.

NEA has this policy in effect to educate the public on what Emergency rooms are for. Too often patients are seen in the emergency room for sniffles.

NEA, honestly, sees many pts who are legitimately sick and do not have the financial counselor speak with them. Its the ones who have been sick for extended periods of time who have had plenty of time to see a pcp who are educated on the steps they can take to get the medical attention they require.

Dr. Yawn @ NEA is a prissy bi###. She is too worried about her hair, make-up, her manicure or wrinkling her clothes to ever touch a patient.

He is an orthopedic surgeon. Not too many die in that area. He's actually a great Dr. for those that actually use him. Due to sports injuries, we have. ASU uses him for the football team so I doubt he has killed too many.
