Anyone ever notice its always the criminals that are crying the system isnt fair? Secondly, you have the option to not go on private probation or house arrest... its called going to jail. And finally, its a private company because the entire point is that tax payers shouldnt have their money wasted paying for criminals to walk free.

The justice network is nothing more than a way to legally steal money from whoever gets involved with them. . and if you think for one minute that Judge Blackman doesn't collect something for assigning everyone to programs at the justice network you have lost your mind. .

They netted 310,000.00 in 5 months and none of that money goes back into the county, so now the county is looking into it.

We are all criminals according to the law. So many laws no one can keep from breaking one once in a while. It is just who gets caught and then it is just who they want to enforce the laws on!!!
So before you get I your soap box about don't do the crime. Best look at what laws you break and why you are not busted!!!
Your just a friendship or two away from being convicted!!!

You don't have to be breaking the law to be in court! If you don't live in Jonesboro and have never seen firsthand how the justice system operates, keep your mouth closed! When is it okay for a judge to break the penal code and sentence people based on how he is feeling on that day? Get a life!
