So you raised my rates in January, you took channels of the network, you took the channel guide and now you tell me for my benefit your going to charge me if I go over my set limits of Internet use! Well you can go straight to hell is my opinion and thoughts on that! I hope there are people picketing your parking lot letting everyone know how your robbing Jonesboro citizens. It's a flat out monopoly and your racking us over the coals and laughing! You can raise whatever fees and not a dang thing can be done about it. When the cable goes out due to your problems you never refund us, but minute someone is late on fees, you charge them extra. Just go out of business so I can have a good explanation to tell my kids that's why we don't have Internet and cable please

I agree.. I just got the letter today about the usage fee.. I think it is the stupidest thing ever..I have noticed a raise in my cable service and don't have past months bills to look at and compare to my recent one.. But I think I just might be looking for another way to get my internet service.

Didn't you like how the letter starts out they are ENHANCING my service. I look at my usage though and I thought I was on a lot and I am no where near the limit. Wonder who that one out of 100 is. He should be pissed.

ATT high speed dsl is $14.95/month for first year. Directv is very reasonably priced and there is no comparison when talking suddenlink and Directv. I switched to Directv almost 5 years ago and I would not go back to suddenlink if they offered me free service!

Luckily, I don't have much on the schedule for tomorrow. Sounds like a good day to research internet providers while I eat up my GB usage with suckenlinks.

This company raised the fee 3 times over a year. The management must think they can do whatever they want to these pathetic customers in Jonesboro. Don't let Suddenlink treat us like bunch of stupid people. Please voice your opinion!!!!!

I seriously doubt any of you are over the limit. I have a limit of 250 GB and in the past year I have not hit 200 GB. I thought I would be close to the limit with Netflix among other things. The ones this is targeting is people that use Torrents. So no big deal.

When I signed up for suddenlink I told them exactly how many devices and yes I would be using Netflx instead of paying to watch the same tv shows movies and countless commericals. I told them countless time's no thank you on their cable and home phone service. One of the reasons I decided on using them was because the other device's were not unlimited were as I was let to believe Suddenlink offered unlimited. What a joke and yes: I have went over the so call 150 but it was during the holiday season and or when homebound due to surgery. Suddenlink has the advantage as they are basically the only internet provider/cable provider other than dish and direct tv. Their cost are over the top seriously 120.00 for internet and cable, and it's not even worth it. Guess I'll be searching for a different service too. Who knows maybe I find one that includes more than just a few good channels plus unlimited internet than will not take half a weeks paycheck.

Its time to quit letting suddenlink make the rules. Jonesboro needs some competition! We need another cable company and while we are at it lets get another news station!!

Just found out today that directv will be rolling out their satellite internet service in two weeks. Supposedly it will add $25 to your monthly bill. I have been sharing internet with a couple of neighbors but that will have to stop because we are using around 300G as it is now.

I have a family member with DirecTV satellite (HughesNET) and you do NOT want it in place of SuddenLink. It costs more than $60 per month and you are limited to downloading 400MB per day...yes, that's ALL...and that's not even enough to stream one full-length movie! After that, they drop you down to speeds lower than dial-up speeds. His drops down to around 2KB/s. When it rains, the Internet drops. It's horrible...and far worse than SuddenLink. (400 MB each day is 12 GB in a 30-day month. The speed is less than 15 megabit, but I'm not sure exactly what he gets. I believe it is around 4 megabit down.)
