Is the subdivision off of Hwy 163? I used to live in Beaver Creek subdivision years ago and loved my house. Due to loosing my job from disabilty and fighting to get benefits I had to loose my house in bankruptcy. Worst day of my life. I wish I could afford to by that house back. But that 8 years ago..
About the subdivision, we never had any problems out there. Nice and quiet area.. Yeah Mosquitos are pretty bad out there. When I lived there the trailer on the right just as you pull in subdivision wasn't there so not sure how that affects the prices of other houses around..
It was a shame that the trailer was allowed to be put there.

I think you have the wrong subdivision. Beaver Creek is a subdivision out in valley view off of hwy 49. I used to live out there but sold my house about a year ago. It's a nice subdivision but i do know that when we left it seemed like a few college students were renting houses out there (which was the only part i didn't like about it). Other than that it has several young families out there and everyone seemed pretty nice.

Oh I don't believe that ANY doublewide trailer is built as well as those over priced houses out in VV.... I mean come on, really?

I heard from a source that the guy was taken out by a grenade. Can this be confirmed?

We were browsing open houses around the area a few months ago. Beaver creek seemed in the lower echelon of valley view subdivisions. It was very reminiscent of the new little sub where Harrisburg rd crosses stadium. The houses were small and so were the yards...but the prices were reasonable for jonesboro (which is to say at least 15% more than it's worth rather than 30-40% more like Griffin park.)

I looked at a few new homes out in Beaver Creek. They seem to be very well built, with most being all brick construction. They would be great for couples without children or only one child. The houses are smaller, but have custom touches, and are priced fairly in my opinion.

I live in BC it's nice & yeah the houses are a bit pricey compared to the sizes but after all you are paying for the school so if VV is where you want to be then I'd suggest BC if your budget is anywhere from 150,000-180,000... Just buy what you like & according to what school dist you may need or want, because if you have kids or are gonna have kids then thats gonna take priority over anyone elses opinion.... Good luck!
