We're still in a nation-wide nursing shortage, right? If they're good nurses, they can get away with a lot.
Actually, they over projected the nursing shortage. There will actually end up being a surplus of nurses. Which seems to be true, I know a TON of nursing students.

I worked there too-and familiar with the industry. What kind of hiring criteria are they using anyway?
Didn't know there was a question on the app to any workplace that asked you if you had passed out a nude pic of yourself to anyone. One or two people pass out nude shots and the whole staff is a bad staff... wow.. Wonder how many so called church going christians have done this. guess that makes the entire christian community bad.

I work at St Bernards too. Has anyone else ever thought that it would be nice if their were more video cameras, hence to catch: lazy, complacent, unknowledgable and non working bosses and managers, employees that are doing things that they shouldn't be doing, while the good workers have to work twice as hard to make up for the slackers?
I just think that cameras would catch alot of the b.s. that goes on that truly upsets some of the decent employees.
I hate the thought of being watched my entire shift, but if it would merit a positive result in the end.........I am all for it. Maybe some of the slackers and worthless employees, managers and boss's would be terminated and make St Bernards a better hospital for patients, family, clients and workers.
I'm thinking that they would catch and get rid of enough high dollar worthless employees to pay for the extra cameras and people that would have to be hired to monitor it.
