I am getting really sick of ASU and their coordination of events. First off you get parked down at the very bottom unless you have season tickets, which by the looks at the last 3 years, a small number of full season holders even buy tickets. So you have all this parking up top by the building that never gets used. Then when you climb the hill a mile away and look at all these empty parking spots, you go up to buy your ticket and the girl who is selling tickets is absolutely the slowest person I have ever seen. No urgency, no rush, just takes her slow ass time with people standing out in the freezing cold. I noticed she would look at her computer and type something and just continue to look. Wait for the tickets to print. I figured if you gave her cash that might be faster, but no, she still took her time and didn't give a shit she had 20 people standing in line. So great now we are in the building, think I will eat something. Wow BBQ sounds good. Guess what a mile long line and these people make the ticket lady seem like a speeding bullet. So I am thinking this game had 2700 people, if they ever had a game with 10,000 you probably would never make it in the building. The ticket lady cost us 5 minutes of the game and we were there 15 minutes before tip off.

I will really have to think before going to another game. Its really sad because I would love to show my support every game, but I also know these people are just slow. The parking deal is a whole other ballgame and thats solely ASU's fault. The ticket lady is ASU's fault, the vendor is not ASU but damn.

And for the life of me, could someone pop that damn balloon the fat ass who sits at court side, and always makes his dumb azz gestures to the refs. The dude is a idiot.

Want to park close to the Convo and not wait in line? Join the Red Wolf Club and buy season tickets. Problem solved.

typical redneck redwolf reply. Could care less about supporting the game experience from the fan perspective. Let the seats sit empty!!!! Frick others its all about me me me me. Some people can't afford your little redwolf club. But are still just as much a fan. I think it's attitudes from fans like yours that's not put the asu teams over the hurdle in D-1. Keep on not filling stadiums !!!!!!

Why? Because I go to the games and don't complain about everything that upsets me?

I am not the only one feeling the same way. I meancome on here is a reason a ASU BB game only pulls 2700 people. It's the service. Why do you keep eason ticket parking spots un-used and people have to walk a mile past emty after empty spot? It's ridiculous! Why do they employ all the traffic coordinators when obviously they are not needed. It's a waste of tax payers money.

Well I'm still wondering how I'm a redneck because I do what you do except I'm the one that's not crying about it. And we don't pull in a small crowd because of parking, that's ridiculous, we have a mediocre team and we aren't gonna attract everyone to that many games.

Actually the ticket lady is a part of the convo staff that is not operated by ASU.. The ticket and parking lot problem would be solved if you buy the cheap season tickets and get the pass since u wanta show your support so much ... Th me BBQ problem, well... I agree ... The convo should allow them for free to have a separate spot to sell since they take 30-40 percent of their total take from the game and they lose sells since its the only decent food .. But otherwise .. Don't cry and just go support the team .. Get the season tickets and parking pass .. It's not a lot of money

If ASU did what you suggest and started letting non season ticket holders park in those unused spots then why would anyone at all bother to buy a season ticket? Result is no one ends up buying a season ticket just so you can park your lazy fat ass near the door and try to go to the game at the last minute. And the baseball lot isn't even a quarter mile from the Convo doors but lets not let facts stand in the way of your whining. Nor are those parking lot helpers paid with taxpayer money.

People with your cheap, me first attitude are the ones that are creating the very problem you are whining about. Congrats.

Now get off your no good, lazy, cheap, fat ass and spend the money to buy a season ticket and join the Red Wolf club and your problems with ASU basketball will be solved.

And frankly, getting 2,700 there on a night when the ground was covered with snow is a damn fine showing considering the circumstances.

That fat ass with the balloon is one of the most supportive people to ASU and our Jonesboro community! I just wish we had more people like Ken Stuart. He has been a loyal ASU supportor for 30-40 years. If you want to complain about something, don't start with Ken!! Step up to the plate, and spend a little money on season tickets, and a Red Wolf Membership!!

Well let me respond. First off I shouldn't have to join some damn club to get closer parking. I paid my taxes just like you and that's state owed land. I should not have to join any club or pay a penny more to be able to not have to walk up a damn hill 600 yards away from the building. Second, the reason the numbers are low in the first place, is because ASU has treated its normal ticket customers like second class citizens. Thats the problem. Just stop selling parking spots and let first come first serve. It's a waste of space. And same goes for the number of seats that are empty because they are reserved. When was the last time you saw all reserved seats full? Answer never. Maybe a quarter of the seats are sold. ASU should really look at less reserved seating. Its not being sold, so let day ticket buyers buy them on the day of the game. We are wasting the space. This will also give a fan a chance to sit closer and maybe as the demand increases the need for more reserved seating can come. Right now we are wasting seating.

As far as Ken, yes he is a supporting. Are you saying because he has supported for 30 years that makes him more special than a fan of one year? Does it give him more rights to act like a idiot on the side court? He is a embarressment when he makes a specticle of himself taunting refs. He also is not setting a very good image to the many kids watching his childish behavior. Its almost like he needs to be at some WWF wrestling event. It's childish inmature behavior. I don't give a damn if he invented ASU basketball. Act like a adult, set the example, and behave like a adult should.

You act like a child who got his candy taken away. Stop crying, go to the games and support like everyone else that doesn't buy season tickets and doesn't join the Red Wolf Club, take that short walk like everyone else that doesn't pay for their spot.

ASU does not own the convo .. That space is privately owned so no your state tax money does not go towards it .. Also, if you allow regular, non season ticket holders to sit down low then there is no incentive to buy them therefore hurting sales and hurting the team u claim to want to support .. And the parking is not 600 yards away.. 150 Max, prob not even that .. And the sales from parking spaces helps athletics as well.. So again you claim to want to support but want to take away the ways to help them.. ASU doesn't need ur negativity so you are more than welcome to cheer elsewhere if ur intent is to start drama ...

You think "paying your taxes" entitles you to front row parking? Wow.

The Convo is not privately owned, tax money is the only way it was built. Then Gov Clinton paid back some supporters by providing funding for the Convo.

Yes it is privately owned .. ASU does not own it .. It was paid for independent in 1985 for 18 million .. Not by ASU

The state of Arkansas paid for it, fact. I know ASU doesn't own it, thus the name.
