It's a church of some sort. It's not a traditional church, but one that has morphed into an entertainment style service to hold those who would not otherwise attend.

Don't you people have anything better to do than get on here and criticize churches? I mean seriously. If you don't like it, don't go there. End of story.

Nah, I don't and I don't go there.
Thanks for the advice, though.

I like CFC better. Adding a few extra musical instruments to the choir does not make it a bad church! Lots of ways to praise God, you know. Do what works for you and Him.

I just heard from alot of folks theres alot of cheating going on...thought I might could meet a woman. Then I heard they make up their own beleifs. Agree with it or leave. Thats where the cult comes in I guess. Might need to go check it out. Hmmmm Sounds like fun.

The same could be said for a large number of churches. Sadly, the focus has moved away from worshipping God to entertaining the audience.

like jessie the body said...just a crutch; all of 'em; the rock, the paper, and the scissors

i think it's wrong to criticise someone's church, just as it would be wrong to kick the crutch out of someone who only had one leg...think about it; if it helps them, then piss off you tom cruise wannabe

How is it they LOVE some of the swingers and HATE the others? Just sit back and listen in church to the gossip sessions with the pastors wife and asst. pastor's wife !

They are sisters. Most of the entire leadership there are related.

I know they are sisters. All I'm saying is from what I've heard in church gossip groups, careful who you trust. They aren't as loyal and holy as you may think !

Yep. Its the same with any church. I guess I think that if you need help church is a good place to go because it helps you link with God. You learn how to overcome things in your life that hinder you from becoming your best you. People for some reason are able to do that when a higher power is calling them to do it. Beyond that, I think church is a leech that sucks the life blood right out of you. You have to be able to separate church from God, which is something that churches dont want separated.

I love that church! I have witnessed the presence of God there on several occasions. For you who wish to criticise, if you find the perfect church, please do not join or you will ruin it for everyone else. I am a member of a different church but my heart is at The Rock. Try it, you'll love it!

I dont think that was a very christian thing to say. I would like to think that churches are exactly where people who need to improve need to be. Why would you even say such a thing?
