How in the world could the Bay school board vote to buy a house for their Super? And he just said on the news "It's not for him, it's for the administration." Sounds shady to me!

And last year they didn't have the funds to pay a volley ball coach?

This man is a joke. Does not care about the kids at all. Last year they made my child walk around for more than 4 hours with a broken foot and would not let him go to the nurse when I spoke withMr. Layne about it he told me I was over protective of my kids. Raised his voice at me and told me his broke foot was my fault. Just a couple years ago his wife sent notes home with my son saying he HAD to take adhd medicine to come to her class. She was his teacher not his doctor. When telling Mr. layne what happened and sending him the notes he argued that it never happened. He is very rude and tries to control everyone. I'm sure his controlling has forced the boaed to do want he wants. No telling what he threatens them with.

Link? Especially as it pertains to Ark Supt's. Also, is there a house in Bay worth $150,00 for sale??

Please provide this list. I checked with Trumann, Riverside, Westside, Valley View, Brookland, Jonesboro and Nettleton. NONE of which provide housing! All of this information is available through each school's website and falls under FOIA

I think you might be confusing school superintendents with ministers and priest. I've never heard of a super being furnished with a home. I could kind of see a lease and fuel reimbursements for school business, but not a house.

you are a liar. You did not check with anyone and the information would NOT be on the school's website. They do not post contracts.
the only thing you got right is the info does fall under foia but you did not file for the info with all NEA schools. Lets face it, you are a bald faced lying maggot.

Trumann paid a housing allowance to the last superintendent. Not sure about this one.
