You weren't there, you are not me, so please do not tell me what I did or did not see or experience. I'm really happy that you've had positive experiences in there, good for you, keep shopping there. I, on the other hand, do not like their service and know for a fact how I was treated and I will not be back.
Hey man why did you steal my damn name? Also are you having some kind of love affair with the guys up there? you're the only person out of everyone on here that likes that place. And the automotive department isnt much better then the archery department. Name theif cant you be creative?

I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF DNW OUTDOORS FOR SERVERAL YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THEY HAVE A KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF WHO HAS ALWAYS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME WITH MY BOWS AND SERVICE. ALL THEIR GUYS HAVE BEEN THERE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. HAVE YOU SEEN THEIR INVENTORY THIS YEAR? I WENT TO THESE OTHER STORES YOU GUYS ARE TALKING ABOUT AND THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LITTLE HOLES IN THE WALLS - NO PRODUCT - OR KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE. THIS BIG CREEK OUTDOORS DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH BOWS TO EVEN GIVE A PERSON A GOOD CHOICE AND NO TOP NAME BRANDS. I ALSO SEE BRIAN OR GRAHAM WHEN I USE THE ARCHERY DEPT. I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEIR PRICING TO BE LOWER AS WELL.

I am a woman shopper a DNW also and I had a complete different experence. These guys gave me their undivided attention. I went in to get a gift card for my boyfriend and they greeted me at the door and asked if they could help me. The store was busy but what do you expect it is hunting season. I was promptly waited on and treated very nicely. I have been there several times over the years and they have always helped me. Last year they helped me pick out some waders for my boyfriend. they were very helpful and respectful. I have also been to the truck side and picked out my boyfriend floor mats and those guys were very helpful and nice as well. so what's the problem?

The only thing good about D&W is there Bow department and I only go there if wal-mart doesn't have it. Their deer cane, acorn rage, calls, etc... is always $2-$3 higher among other things. I know they can't compete with bigger chain stores, but I got to save my money every cent I can get now and days.

Thank you IT IS DNW and I do agree that are not that great. I bought a switchback xt and they charged me out the butt for labor to set it up. I know the guys that own Big Kreek and they are awesome so they there.

With your attitude, don't go back in there, go to Walmart and see what kind of service you get and buy their sweat shop foreign made products, that is if they have what you want, to which I doubt

I am women pay attention to me, you should fall at my feet and oogle me, cause I deserve the recognition. You are not worthy to have me in your hunting shop. I get attention everyone I go except DNW and they did not give the attention I thought I should have. I am not some local guy, I am a hot women and all the workers in there should drop what they are doing and service me.

I hang out at DNW and I have NEVER seen them charge anyone for setting up a bow. I go there 2 or 3 times a week and have purchase several bows there myself. sounds like this might be coming from the guys at the Bono store. Are they that desperate for adveritising? you apparently have never been to DNW. the guys at DNW are true professionals.

Also let me add, Dennis is a fine person and appreciate him helping hunting organizations in the area as well as some contest, to foster the sport of the outdoors. Brian and Graham are very personable and know their hunting products. If I owned the business, I would sure appreciate having them two working for me.
I can assure you, I will take my business there and I don't have to worry about my stuff being worked on around someone cooking meth, like one other "out of business" outdoor store and another that liked prescription drugs to much.
yeah! Dennis and his crew are great! I worked with them on charity events and DNW heavily sponsored and helped raised money for the local Duck Classic. DNW helped bring the Outdoor Channel to town and has brought many pro staffers to his store (Alex Rutlidge, Rick Dunn and Tim Bradley). Keep up the good work DNW!!

D&W has gone downhill when it comes to customer service at least the archery department has anyway. Everytime I go in there they treat me like im an idiot because i didn't buy my bow there they don't really want to help me. I bought a new sight for my bow there a couple days ago and the level fell out of it while i was re sighting in my bow. I called them and they said that they couldn't do anyhting about it and they wouldnt give me back my money. He said that he could order a new level but dont want to do that becuase it would take to long and then told me that he would sell me a brand new sight instead. I also had a bow getting new string and cables put on there. I dropped it off last September and they told me that it would be about 2 weeks and it would be done, I didnt get my bow untill March this year. I believe that the archery department needs to develop better people skills. And if you own a 2008 chevy 2500 diesel truck don't try to order a brush guard for it there unless you want to wait for 8 months for it to come in. At least the guns and automotive people are nice and will work with you.
Maybe you are an idiot??

TRY BIG KREEK IN BONO. THEY HAVE AWESOME STUFF AND THE STAFF IS AWESOME. THEY DON'T MIND AT ALL TO HELP WITH SERVICE WORK ON YOUR BOW AND THEY ARE A LITTLE LESS EXPENSIVE THAN DNW ON MOST THINGS.

I got the same thing when i went to the bow shop. they acted like i didnt know anything. I shoot carbon tech whitetails, they are a very good arrow. I asked if they sold them, and they said they have never heard of them, and they were probably not any good if they didnt carry them. I know it is far away but there is a bow shop in tumbling shoals,AR that i have bought 4 new bows from. if you buy from them they service ur bow for free no matter what. NASHOBA archery is there name. there prices are very good. I bought a new mathews dxt and they were over a $100 cheaper than d&w. there accessories are way cheaper.

The funny thing is if you buy a bow from big creek, guess how much you pay for them to set it up? Its free, they show you the common salesman courtesy. You buy there product the set it up for free, just the way you want it.
