I think they were referring to Amanda Tusing.
Thats what I was thinking but I didn't think
that ditch was called bay ditch. It's in Lester. That happened when I was really young. I remember it because my aunt lived right down the road from the ditch and we used to walk to it a lot. It's sad they never figured out who killed her. I hope they catch this guy before he really hurts somebody.

It was probably a similar deal where some guy had a blue light and she pulled over. These guys are dangerous but the key is never pulling over. Ever. If its a real cop car maybe. But you must be certain. Or you may nor survive it.

Typical around here. They can hardly solve a stolen pig statue from someones yard. You are basically on your own so just be careful.

Its a very simple fix people. Just DON'T STOP if its an unmarked vehicle with blue lights. You can easily tell a marked cop car even at night and those are the only ones you are obligated to pull over for. Simple. Nobody can mess with you if you are moving.
Sounds easy, but do me a favor? Explain to me, dumbass, how you can tell the difference between a marked and unmarked police car if you can't see the sides or back, which is where the markings are? You look in the rearview mirror and you see a white car with flashing blue lights. In theory, the type of lights would b the only way to tell. So if this rapist uses similar lights to police issue, it would be almost impossible to tell by the car you in your rearview mirror. Smarter plan, it's 2012 take out your cell phone, dial 911, and have dispatch tell you whether an officer is in the area in pursuit. But don't call the victims stupid when they were simply following the law.

She is not the only one that has been followed and someone like this tried to get them to pull over.this isn't an isolated thing that only happened one time,it happened again after this one.sounds like you are the liar with a personal problem.

Ummmmm... a marked police car has lights on the top of the car, you idiot. An unmarked car will use a light on the dash inside the car. If you're seriously this dumb then you deserve to be killed before you breed.

Have all of you people forgotten something? Cops don't just have blue lights, they have red and blue lights.....if you see a car with just blue lights flashing call 911, even if your not sure call 911. ANY police officer will understand or else he isn't a good officer and when you go to court just explain to the judge what happened. DO NOT PULL OVER FOR A CAR THAT JUST HAS BLUE LIGHTS!!! ALL COP CARS EVEN THE UNMARKED COP CARS HAVE RED AND BLUE LIGHTS RUNNING THROUGH THERE WINDSHIELD!! Red and blue people!! Also be on the lookout for that stupid blue light you can just buy at any store that the old cop cars back in the 50's used, police officers today do not use these kinds of lights anymore!!!

Every marked police car I've seen in Arkansas has only had blue lights. You can generally tell the difference between fake and real. From what I've heard a lot of the police now a days use LED lights.
