Looking for a place to rent for about 2 years while I work in Jonesboro. I have had no luck with houses at all. Only thing I have found are the Townhouses at Sage Meadows for 995 a month which is a good price to me. I am little scared to rent here due to how many units they have available. Does anyone know anything about this place and the owner. The lady who oversees it is named Vickie and she seems nice. Thanks for the help.

I live there and although the apartments are very nice (probably the nicest quality in Jonesboro), I would not recommend living here right now. Just yesterday they began construction on a new building. The noise is extremely annoying and dirt/dust is being blown all over the property. We had just started opening the windows now that the weather is so nice and now we no longer can until late in the evening. I also despise the concrete floors but that is just personal preference.

I went and checked them out but they seemed really far out for me. Traffic is terrible on Hwy 351 and with all the other apartments being built in Sage Meadows I just couldn't see fighting the traffic. I did drive through Sage Meadows and the streets are falling apart and with cars parked out on the street you would think you we're driving down Main Street. I heard Sage was nice but i was surprised how some homes were being kept up, especially toward the back.

The road to the apartments is narrow and dangerous. Sage property value is being damaged by apartments because people are scared it will be like south caraway.

It definitely will hurt everything. Thank you Mayor Perrin and Otis Spriggs for hiding this zoning throughout your long range planning you laid out.

You definitely do not want to rent at Deerfield Crossing. They are constantly under construction and not respectful of their tenants. I do not reccomend this place at all and will not be renewing my lease

We looked at those townhouses too but the parking was poor. My husband drives a full size truck and he had difficulty parking it in the space provided at the townhouse we were shown. We ended up renting a 3 bedroom 2 bath house behind Dollar General on hwy 49 for $950/mo with a garage and fenced in back yard. Wonderful neighborhood with plenty of room. We are so glad that we kept looking and didn't sign a lease there.

I live out there and I love it! Yes, they are constructing some new units, but I haven't noticed any problems with noise. They have a very nice couple that lives onsite as managers now and have always been real friendly and available to help whenever I needed them. For the person having problems parking their truck, the spaces are normal sized spaces. There aren't many apartments in Jonesboro that have covered parking! I really enjoy not getting wet when I am bringing in my groceries.

I've lived in these units for over two years.
I haven't had any issues and they are starting to fill up quickly. Its been quiet and a great place for my family to live. We haven't had any complaints since the new managers have taken over. I have called them regarding simple issues and they were there within minutes of my call to help. We have just bought a house but I highly recommend these townhomes.

I hope the street is opened up into Sage Meadows soon so my kids can ride their bike to the park in Sage and swim in the pool.

If you don't mind me asking how much are your bills per month with everything?

I lived out there for close to 3 years. Management kept changing. When I left about a 8 months ago they had an sweet young couple managing who made you feel right at home. The town homes are falling apart. Moulding falls off the top of the kitchen cabinets, the washer leaks periodically and the windows leak when it rains. The only amenity there is the covered parking. I've since bought a house, after living there I will never rent again. If you have repairs done the repairmen tell you how cheaply built that place was. Save your money and move on up the road.

More apartments at sage meadows? I'd be a little worried about my home value if I lived out there.

I WARN you. do not rent from them!!! They are liars! They took our deposit because of made up excuses that were on our initial walk through sheet. They are lawyers and should know better!!!

Donald, the owner is rude, unprofessional and a crook. He will keep your deposit for no reason. I did not have a walk thru when I moved in or when I moved out. He also feels like it is ok to call people honey as he is being a complete jerk! He and the property manager, Amanda obviously have no respect for good tenants. I would never suggest anyone to live here.

One year was enough,we knew after a month that we had to buy a house more quickly than we wanted. So we made up our minds to save save save. Completely overpriced and misrepresented. If you are moving from out of town, make a special trip before you agree to anything,or put all your eggs in that basket thinking you've found anything more than a decent apartment. A picture is not worth a thousand words. Wish I'd seen this back

I lived out there for 2 years. The appartments are nice and covered parking is good. The landlord though left a lot to be desired. He goes into apartments when you are not home (personally witnessed this) and they charge stuff to you when your lease is up and you lease...stuff they should not. He was rude to me, not sure how he treats others.
