Brickhouse Servers

I've heard alot of people talk about the servers at brickhouse - good and bad. I went in there last night and the service I had was pretty good. I was wondering which servers I should try to stay away from and what is really good to eat there.

Brickhouse has amazing burgers!! As far as the wait staff goes....it just depends. If you get there early they are great, but if you get there towards the end of waiters/waitresses shift they tend to be kinda lazy.

If this occurs, it is much easier to get a drink by going up to the bar. Don't wait on the wait staff to come to you.

I agree the wait staff does change as time goes on. but every now and then we get a good on. I know one of there names is Christina (I think)

they have a bunch of good servers in there i know several of em and have even worked with some of them so next time your in get a good one i.e.(kim, sam, emily, jenn) just a few

wow. really? i'm not naming any names, but only half of those names metioned are actually good - and one doesn't even work there anymore. the other two...not so much.

well guess thats your opinion that i didnt ask for but you sound like one of those smart asses that gives it anyway so ill give ya mine i think they are all awesome and maybe you got bad service cause you was a bad customer

Brickhouse has the worst staff in Jonesboro by far. They don't care about waiting on you regardless of how much you tip. The last 3 times I have been there I had to go to the bar to get any service. If Dan had any sense he would fire everyone of his waitresses and get ones that want to work. I may never go back. Sad,, because the food and drinks are ok. The staff is terrible.

The sevice is Ok there,I do give the servers props though......having 2 carry the food up the stairs like that has to suck. I kno i'd prolly drop all of the food down the stairs.

I also give them props for carrying the food upstairs. Dont get me wrong but serving is not rocket science! you just have to get the right server! like Tina, Sam, Katie.... I know the others suck and something needs to be said to Dan about this. Things have got to get better it is an awesome place! I hate for it to go down like this.
