Are those golfers doing naughty things in the pool again? The pool looks like a catch basin.--LOL

LOL!!!
Obviously, there are many posts on Topix by people who do not know anything about RidgePointe. If they did, they would have realized the Pool has been closed for the Winter already! LOL Instead, they want to try to "tarnish" the best subdivision in the area!!

Ridgepoint Blvd. is spelled without the "e" so it really doesn't matter how you spell it. The nicest neighborhood in Jonesboro by far is Terra Hills. The houses are nicely spaced out and are much larger than Ridgepoint. By the way..have you been to Ridgepoint's pool recently??? GROSS. They seriously need to demolish that and start over.
Agreed a beautiful subdivision, w beautiful lots and beautiful big houses!! Ridgepointe was the 90s, Terra Hills is where the true beauty is of this new age!!

Yes the lovely 1500 square foot homes in the back of Sage make for some nice resale value.

<quoted text>That is so not true!!!! Unless they are second homes for people. There are a few homes that people use for only a few months out of the year. Also, there are a couple of homes that people use for special occasions like bridal showers, meetings, holiday parties and such.
those are 1st homes for people. they might have a house at the lake or something but ridgepointe is not that great. have you ever been out of jonesboro??? and no one uses their vacant houses for bridal showers, meetings, or parties. quit posting over and over "little rock". what are you trying to do take back ridgepointe's reputation?

Can anyone tell me about the neighborhood? Looking to move and wanting a nice neighborhood. I understand the school district is Jonesboro mostly, can anyone tell me what street breaks the district down? How much for the golf fees and tennis? Is there any other housing area thats just as good or better? Thanks for your time.
Is it true the tennis pro is a perv?

Fowler did buy the place after all. I think that gives him the right to watch and do anything he wants.

The Fowlers own Jonesboro. It's really kind of creepy (they'll trace this post just watch). I have two questions about Ridgepointe.
1. Isn't inconvenient living so far out from everything else? It has to be 10 minutes to get to anywhere in Jonesboro.
2. If one is going to spend $1 million+ for a home, why not get a pool, I mean really its not that much added expense is it?
what?

People like to live that far kit from the town they don't have to see the garbage that Jonesboro brings in and they don't have to be around the thugs and mexicans and white trash that linger around j town. And what does a pool have to do with anything? Most people have a pool out there or a lake house that they use.

My husband is there now in Jonesboro on an interview to run one of the companies there. I will retire from emergency medicine if we make the move. We are from the Chicago Suburbs and are looking for a upscale CC love to golf, and a very nice area that keep out the rif raf. We have no children and in our mid to late 30s. We are looking for all the things that this area seems to have. We love to socialize and will be on our own so were hoping to meet some nice new friends. We are far from snotty, very down to earth, but do like upscale areas to live and be as the VFW would not be a place we would care to hang out on a saturday night. Nothing against VETS at all but seems like if we make the move we have found our new home and area. I only hope the community there did not vote Obama? LOL. I just hope the woman won't be to nasty to me. As we do not have children and let's be honest some woman can be jealous and catty to other attractive woman. I hope its not that bad. I My husband and I would love to find new friends to golf with and enjoy dinner and a great glass of wine with. Could this be the place?

We were members there for several years. My family bought a lot 15 years ago but ended up selling it. I have spent a lot of time there, it is as nice as any area in this part of the country. The food there is not near as good as the JCC but the golf course is better and there are many many less members so getting a tee time is simple.

I see that you are into socializing. That being the case you will probably like JCC or Sage Meadows better.
just wondering

I have noticed a house with a big hole in the backyard I'm guessing a swimming pool is being put in but it's been like this for a few years what's the deal? You can see it from Woodsprings road.

I doubt you are really retiring from emergency medicine if you don't use woman/women properly in a sentence. Further, I know many companies pay their executives well but you won't be retiring in your mid-30s. Troll!

Move to dunwoody- huntcliff. Very nice homes, down to earth people, no monthly fees, just a once a year homeowners fee of $125.
Great place to live
