What's up with Ryans in Jonesboro. My family ate there Saturday and the food was below par, the service was lousy and the place was dirty. It used to be a good place to eat, clean, good service. I don't think I'll be eating there again. I was shocked.

We stopped going about a month ago when our family kept having the same thing happen to us. For the price, we just found that the bar was not what it should be. The cost was too much and everything from the dining area to the restrooms were really not kept up.

A lot of the problems that happen with Ryan's is not their fault. We were in there about a month ago and witnessed a man scraping something he had gotten and evidently didn't like off his plate and into one of the pans on the bar. I told our server and she immediately removed the item. Ryans can't help something like that happening. I was there this weekend and saw a boy under the 12 years that you are supposed to be to go to the bar alone knock a plate off the stack. He proceeded to pick it up and place it back on the stack. Once again, not anything Ryans could do about it. Some of their servers are good, some are not. If you get a bad one, report it. How else will they know it is below par?

It's the only place we eat out at any more, always clean and nice and a good variety of food at a price that dont kill me to pay.

They are getting thng back the way it used to be.The have a new area merger.And she is getting the store back to the way it was. The now have a stirfry bar. And are adding new things to the bar. So give it another try and see how you like it now.

Haven't been there in two years because it was such a hole that last time. And the A/C wasn't working right, either.

Hot, humid interior with mediocre food was a bad combination. If they are coming back, they had a long way to come.

I wish them well.

Be careful what you eat some of the employees there have hepatis b an c i have heard several people say this i used to like their food havent been in years barnhills just as bad crap for food

There is not anyone there that has hepats b or c. I dont know where you heard that but i know for a fact that is not ture. they are a good place to eat.

Thank you for the info we do our best to keep good food and service but like posted if we don't know about it we can't fix it. We hope to keep a family friendly environment that seems to be hard to find these days. And for those who don't know Thursday nights between 5-8 kids eat for .99 with an adult purchase and yes we have steak all night after 3:30 :).

. You can't see that the food is bad? That your waiters could care less? That you could care less? You have to be told that your bathrooms smell bad? Who told you that you were a manager?

So there's absolutely nothing that they are doing right at all? That's a practical impossibility. You're one of those customers who is never happy, but has no specific reason for being unhappy. There is no way that everything could be wrong as you stated and ANYONE would be there eating, but I guess your point was just to bitch and belittle this person trying to satisfy you. Who told you you were a human being? I think you owe that manager an apology.

Is it the same managers? Are you sure about that? Did you have to be such a jerk? It's not customer service that has failed, it's customers like you.
