Right and that is why union leaders (not shop stewards) drive expensive cars have 6-7 figure houses and fly to locations in private jets.
That sounds exactly like the "Hytrol Board of Directors".

As my 99 weeks of unemployment draw to a close, does anyone know how long you have to work again to get another 99 weeks?? I hope they keep that going.

now you have busted yourself out as a liar. if you wanted to work at hytrol you dont have to wait for someone to quit. they have been hiring for a good while now,and if you qualify, you could have already been hired. so the truth could only be that you dont want to work there, or you already do and are just some suck@$$ running your mouth..

You missed the point. The Union leaders are the 1% and rely on your union dues to keep up their lavish lifestyle.

Sounds like you are the cany a$$ referred to. You guys are like a bunch of old women at the beauty shop. Biatch ans whine about everything. If you don't like it, find a new job. If you are staying because there are no other good jobs with comparable pay, then quit whining and be thankful you get a paycheck. I bet your spouses wish you would just shut up and be a man.

Unions are for little boys who don't have the balls to ask for what they want. They kiss up to a bully to get his protection. Be a man. I guarantee that the little boys posting on this page have not spoken directly to their boss about their complaints. Instead of naming names with various complaints, sit down with who you are naming. That's what a real man would do.

We don't have too many real men at the Trol. They would rather do what you see on here. Hide behind the screen and cry. Or better yet at work they run their mouth at the breakroom table or with their friends in the safe zone out of earshot from whom they complain about. It is not enough that they have been provided a good place in which to make a living, a on site free medical clinic, free health club, a cafeteria to get a hot meal, free coffee and free tea. Plus, for those that do not know, Hytrol for the most part has not had much in the way of reduced hours or mass layoffs in the last 10 years even though we have all experienced two recessions. Matter of fact Hytrol experienced a upturn in business instead. There is no doubt Hytrol has it's problems. ALL companies do. ALL companies have individuals that do not belong in leadership positions. ALL companies will tell you one thing and do another. ALL companies have cancers like the ones on this board and those others I mentioned. But not ALL companies do the positive things I cited either. Hytrol only owes any of these cry babies those items it lists in the employee manual and the agreed upon pay. The employee in return owes Hytrol a honest days work and the following of those rules that BOTH parties agreed to when they hired said employee. But like all fair weather people nowadays they want to now reneg on the deal they shook hands on in the beginning. I call on all employees of Hytrol to start doing the right things. I do not have to list them. You all know what they are.

What did he do to get fired? Probably nothing, Hytrol likes to fire employees without cause.

You statement is completely false with no evidence. Hytrol in no way fires employees without cause and you know that. Hytrol has a very liberal working enviroment. I have worked there over 20 years and have not seen anyone they have let go that did not deserve it. If you work here I hope they find you and they will.

You are nothing but an old ass suck up. If you don't work in power assembly then you don't know what you're talking about. I know for a fact that Hytrol is unfair so you just keep on kissing ass.

You are a scared little man. Yes Hytrol does fire at will. You must be blinded by your love of Hytrol. I hate to tell you but you could be next. Hytrol doesn't care about how good of an employee you are or your commitment to them. If it comes down to your supervisor having to cut you to cover his own ass then you will understand exactly what is going on. 20 years means nothing to Hytrol, you can be replaced with a younger person without health problems and not headed toward retirement. If you think that Hytrol is so great then you should get your head out from under the desk more often.

WRONG. AGAIN. Companies get rid of employees who are not profitable to said company. Getting rid of someone due to medical problems is against the law and if that is what happened or is happening it would be easily proven by that person taking them to court. As far as being close to retirement as a reason to get rid of someone. Again you are wrong. The person is still eligible for either a lump sum payout or the retirement when they become eligible to receive it. In other words Hytrol still pays them regardless. No, the reason they may have fired one of your buddies is they sucked and had been living off other hard workers for possibly years. I see cancers all over the building on a daily basis. Cancers that have been breathing the same air as honest hard working people for years. It makes me sick knowing peoplel like them (and you) are building our product and reaping the rewards given to them just like me.
