<quoted text>For your info, yeah we did make them their money. We gave up our personal lives for a year to get Hytrol where it wanted to be. I'm speaking for everybody that worked 12 hour days and weekends while missing tee ball games and family gatherings. So shut the F up because you have no idea what you're talking about. Every hourly employee made sacrifices. Not the lazy salary employees. They don't do their jobs like they're supposed to. They drag their feet about getting anything done that would take just a minutes of their time. They also pass the buck. You cant ask a team leader, focus factory manager, focus factory coordinator, or anybody in the chain anything without them telling you to go talk to someone else and it keeps going all the way up the ladderand nobody there has an answer to anything. There are a lot if issues not being properly addressed 2012 will be the end of Hytrol. You cannot continue to run a successful company with "leadership"(term used very loosely) like this everybody comes in everyday and doesnt do anything. They're just therefor a check and that's it. Nobody gives a damn about their job being done or the future of Hytrol. Hytrol used to be a landmark in Jonesboro. Now it's just a big joke.
I bet they let you off today. My company did not. Nor Monday. Have a nice Christmas.

Ok since all you outsiders think you know so much about Hytrol. Hytrol is not your typical Factory. Most factory's can hire any fool and train them is a few weeks. It take about 3 years to fully train
a person to build all the different models. So if we all did walk yeah they would have to close the doors. So come on down and see if you have what it takes to make it at Hytrol. Then lets see how well you like working there.

Sounds like you have a skill in building conveyors. Conveyors are used almost everywhere in factories and backrooms.

True! True! True! Hytrol is hiring Power Assembly employees offering them 1 week vacation after 6 month (took us 1 year), top out pay in 1 year (took us 3 years), and expect them to learn to build multiple types of conveyor models in 6 months. Never going to happen. It takes years to develop this skill. The veteran skilled builders are not going to stand by while this happens. I work on the floor, I know first hand what's happening with the power employees. Hytrol is sinking and the employees are going to bail.

ive just been sitting here reading all the bull^&*( you people are all talk and no action. there is not going to be any walk-outs, no union, no taking off heads on the way out. what you will do is what you are told by your boss. if you people were going to stage any rebellion you would have already done so. you will continue to work at hytrol and live by their stupid rules. you will listen to their lies, take less medical benefits, pay more for it, gradually give up your christmas bonus, work saturdays, work overtime and like it.you all know all these newer policies are invented to control you. the attendance policy was created to keep you from having too much vacation, it makes you use vacation to go to the doctor, or take your kids to the doctor, and discourages you from using your medical insurance, by design. they dont care if your kids live or die. they just want you there working. you will play by their rules, and believe me , they are not finished making rules. what do you people think youre going to do, put them out of business? they could care less, they have more money than they could ever spend, they will cut you off with nothing, but a bad report. where did you people get the idea that the employees own the company, just because you have a little esop. ha ha, go to work. anyone who thinks they are going to take heads off on the way out will have to deal with sam lee. haha

Sorry it was not me but I have discovered that there are many alumni such as myself and even more fair weather fans of OSU after this season.

I was there and I am rider. I will ride there no more. I can only hope Fred May wont run you workers over with his cart. He might spill his coffee, and it would be you're fault.
Seriously, my time there is done. I quit. Not much of a show as it was conveyed through email. My supervisor was absent. The next in line was absent. The man who originally called me to work was absent. I have much to say. I will be honest. Any questions???

It should not sound bad. Only because I have spared details on an "ask and I will tell" basis. The operators who know of me feel free to comment. I will truly miss you all.

The bathrooms have been BEFOULED worse over the holidays than I've ever seen especially the HR ones. I think they poop in the sinks and on the floor just to make my job frustrating. Next time, I'm going to bag up the feces and squish them on the office chairs and their desk tops.

So here we go, this one is for you Debra Lewis, how dare you hang up on my husband, & then let your voicemail pick up a second later! Real professional! All we were doing was what we were told to do. By the way stupid read & understand the hand book! Page 24 is a good start referring to vacation pay, are you really that stupid to say quote that's what it says but not what it means! For real! That's fine your ignorance & unprofessional action just iced our cake: see you in court!

Way to go Hytrol. Let's fire experienced conveyor assemblers. I work with the two that was fired this week. I suppose were going to have to work 12 hour days again. WTF are y'all thinking? If we lose any more experienced builders who is going to build? I believe it's time for power assembly employees to lay down their 9/16 wrenches and step back and watch Hytrol go down in flames.
