Wow, what a week it's been at Hytrol. Lots of changes are happening ( for the better ). For all of you naysayers that said our voice wouldn't be heard and that we are mindless and replaceable. You were wrong. Hytrol has reawoke and taken notice. Issues are being resolved. It's not complete but it sure has got off to a great start.
what issues are being resolved that you speak of?

Nothing that concerns the distributers. Just employee issues that have needed attention. Relief from all of the overtime and asshole supervisors getting the reality check that they deserve. The morale has skyrocketed in the past two days. Happy employees = better product. What was your concern? Are they're problems on the sales side of the company that needs attention also?

just wondering. i know alot of people both in the office and the shop and since i sell the product i like to know if there are major issues going around that we should be aware of that affects the company in a negative way thus affecting us ultimately in relation to the product itself and it's availability. plus, we care for the overall health of everyone involved.

Because of all your complaining, we're going to shut down the company and all the mgt. will get bonuses. The rest of you cretins can survive on unemployment.

Really? That would be great. When's this going to happen? I can't wait. I can't believe that I actually will get to see my family again and be involved in my childrens events.

The only way it will ever get better is if they fire Don Wilson, Keith Crooks and Greg Goodner. Don is suppose to be over the plant but he nevers leaves his office and Greg Goodner is never in the Plant and well Keith Crooks is just ajerk who thinks he can do whatever he wants and Don lets him.............

that's exactly right. But I think that we've gotten their attention. We still have a long way to go though. It's just the calm before the storm at the moment. It's going to blow up big. Soon.

We need much more support. From within, from those of us that sweat for long hours and do a job well. Don't think this is over. Get others to voice opinions here. Thanks. I respect you hard workers. We are in this together.

Hopefully they will learn soon thats its the hard working people on the production floor that will keep the doors open. I just can't believe the powers to be IE Shari Stringer and Debbie Lewis and the rest continue to believe that their upper Management know what they are doing......I hope they read this and get out of their offices and come talk to the people that really know what the hell the problem is!!!!!!!!!!

I believe they're staying updated on this. I do believe us voicing our opinion for the public to see has got them worried. There sure has been some positive changes in the last few days. I too am proud of my fellow employees for taking a stand and voicing our opinions. They sure wouldn't listen to us inside the walls of Hytrol.

Don't think this is Sandy, but I tell you that would be the next Bitch I would show to the door, let her live on unemployment, she thinks her shit don't stink, wrong everything about her does, she hasn't put enough time, sweat or blood in Hytrol to even have any say.....

One thing not brought up is the Hytrol clinic, yea sounds great to have your own dr. office in the factory. Well it would be if you could ever get in, but when your sick with the flu and you call and they say yea we can see you next Wed. well that's not doing me any good. You would think we wouldn't have to have a problem with insurance deductibles being so high, with a clinic there for us to use. Let's just hope everyone stays healthy! I do have to say that the ball is rolling, husband not as cranky the last few days, he finally got a little well deserved rest. Still along long way to go.

Oh there will be plenty. I know for a fact that there are experienced veteran employees leaving soon, very soon. Tired of the nonsense that is going on. Tired of the point system jeopardizing our jobs. By the way Gary we sure don't need any lazy asses coming out here. If you need a job why wait 15 weeks until you've exhausted your benefits. If you really need a job you should be looking now. Not 15 weeks from now. Your type wouldn't last a day because we work and we work hard, sounds like your not ready for that.

Yeah wife you're right about that it's bad enough when the employees theirself can't get into the clinic. They will only see you at their convenience. And by the time that call you in (a week or two at the least) your don't need them anymore because you've already gone elsewhere to get medical attention. It is a complete wast of hytrols money to have the medical staff on hand. We just have to keep going to another Dr. and go broke trying to pay the bills with the outrages deductibles and high premiums we pay every week. Hytrol is a joke but nobodys laughing.
