Go to the rich neighborhoods like ridgepoint. They give the good candy out :)

There are more people who do not hand out candy than do any more, and rightly so. There's just too much meanness here in Jonesboro and your kids are going to wind up getting hurt in one way or another. Please, if you refuse to keep your children safely at home only go to houses where you know the people. It's better than your kids getting treats that have been tampered with, or worse.

I do miss halloween in korea while living in the barracks. I miss the local women that would walk up and down the halls trick AND treating and it was not for candy either.

There is one of you (pervert) in every crowd. Get your mind out of the gutter.

Well I'm from Michigan and I went door to door every year growing up, I never had problems and my mom always check my candy so you can still go out and have fun just got to check, and yes it does not seem like Halloween is a big thing here very sad

Where is Ridgepoint? Are there any other neighborhoods that are recommended?

I'd like to take my son out trick or treating (and not have to do the Malloween thing), but I'd like to find a neighborhood and stay in that area. I've found lately that I spend more time driving from neighborhood to neighborhood than actually trick or treating and it takes the fun out of it.

I did find a halfway decent neighborhood in Trumann last year, but don't want to have to drive out of town again.

Stay out of Candlewood. I work with people who live there and they are nasty, nasty, nasty and always talking about things you don't want your kids exposed to.

No - just stay away. Maybe it is that we just don't want to give out candy to everybody in Jonesboro - stay out of Woodland Heights and Kensington Estates.

odds are that if the house has a lot of security lights, cameras, and gun ports you won't be welcome

Everyone keeps giving neighborhood names, but I still have no clue. You'll have to forgive my cluelessness, but if I don't have cross streets, I have no idea where things are. I'm still fairly new to Jonesboro. I guess I should have posed my question more clearly.
