Yes, apparently Fusion bought the surrounding county area that IndCo covered. After talking to Wayne the other day from IndCo, I found out that the techs who work this area also went over to Fusion. Too bad Wayne didn't come over too because he knows how things work! Our service is the same as it was, no change in coverage or service. The fees are still the same. I called Fusion--first bill that I got was for this month Dec 2009--Nov bill went to IndCo. Guess there is only one person answering the phone. I asked what would happen if we had Internet problems or cable problems after hours. She said to call and leave a message and that one of the techs on call would periodically check in.
So far, so good. We had established a good working relationship with IndCo, particularly since we do have cable problems from time to time because we are at the end of a line. I hope when problems arise in the future that someone will know what to do. I do have confidence in one of the techs that went over to Fusion--he put in our cable when we built our house. Nice guy and works hard to troubleshoot and fix problems. That's all I know! Hope it all works. Hope Fusion offers HD but then we would probably have to pay more. As is, we are paying $162.00 a month. "Cheap" entertainment it isn't!
We still have no HD at all. We do have digital. We have all channels available except the Sports Package.

Sorry customer service!! Internet not working off and on for two weeks still no help. Called today(Friday) said someone would look into it on Monday but had to be home.....what do they expect from working people? Take time off at wk to fix Internet ? Thinking about dropping it all! I asked for supervisor and she would give me one or name.

Umm, how do you expect them to gain entry into your house to troubleshoot the problem? No problems here either, I'm sure the problems will eventually go away, I know they won't change over night.

If they said it was something you had to be home for then it's your job as a customer to be there like everyone esle does we all work but so do they give them time indco left a big mess I heard mine is great A+ guys keep it up and a good thing is that they have younger guys that will learn everything about cable faster

Fusion Media is deffinetly the best cable service I've ever had. I've been on Suddenlink and I was also on Indco's cable system before Fusion bought them out. There is no comparison between the cable providers. Fusion has great customer service, tech support, and immediate responses to any cable problems. I run my entire business off of their internet. It works great. No complaints here.

I recently got Fusion Media cable. I agree. It is better than I expected and the internet is very good. I am glad there are in this area.

First Bill was incorrect. Called the office customer Rep said I will call you back shortly. Never Called!
Called twice after hours with Internet Connection problem. Left message with Answering Service No Tech ever called.
So far the Internet Service has been Good and less expensive than other providers.
Thank goodness I didn't have TV cable with them during 2009 Ice Storm their service was out long time.
I don't expect much improvement in customer service over INDCO!

I have everything fusion media offers! Yes there have been a few problems, but nothing is going to be perfect. INDCO had more problems it seems than fusion and i dont know if buster was a serviceman with INDCO before the buyout but I suggest that if you have problems you should request him for a young man he is very knowledgeable and surprisingly honest has taken care of me multiple times after hours as well as the other young guy they have i dont recall his name shane maybe, keep up the good work guys i expect big things in the future

I called, they were suppose to call me back, I called back @4:50 he said someone would be by in the morning. I shuffled my schedule, called @1 to ask if they were still coming, he said yes so I pushed everything today, called him at 11 today to ask why they had not showed up. He said we would be right out after lunch(this is friday) well I have pushed everything off till this afternoon waiting on them now its 245 with still no show. what to do, wait till monday to do everthing i was suppose to do yesterday or go and then they wonder why I was not home. We have been having probs with internet since october, still no answers, if you ask me they suck.

We've had cable tv and internet with this company since Oct. or Nov. can't remember exactly. They are always friendly and have always come out when we've requested it, which unfortunately has been about once a month. The internet works well, but the picture on the cable tv is horrible. On the digital stations the picture randomly freezes up and pixelates, the mid level stations are fuzzy. They've been out at least half a dozen times if not more and can't fix it. We've had three new boxes and everything rewired. No luck.

Additionally, they still haven't buried the cable that comes from the pole across our yard to the house. It' s just laying on top of the ground.

At this point we're fed up and going to start looking at some alternatives. It's a shame too because if they product was decent they'd do well.

He's completely right about that. All they're doing is buying fiber splices from them and reselling it; with watered down speeds. They should close so that suddenlink could move into the area, but for now, I don't want that to happen because that would mean at most a year's downtime with no internet. Somehow there needs to be a change though because they mark up the prices and mark down the speeds.

Suddenlink doesn't care about you, they care about the 100 homes in one block. Suddenlink charges more and would charge even more to run cable in the rural areas. If you want faster speeds, then move to the city. EVERY rural area is this way. Ignorance is bliss though.

The rural area served by Fusion has cables in place at present.
