Sage Meadow must be an unhappy subcontractor. No individual buyer would quote the term laminate counter tops. That is a builder term.
I highly recommend Copeland homes. I love my house. Their service is great. I have had so many compliments on the home and am so proud of it.
Wrong...We purchased one of the spec houses they built out here. And neither of as are contractors we just know cheap contractors who cut corners to rip people off!

If you buy one the least expensive homes in the neighborhood and then gripe because it is one of the least expensive homes...maybe you should pay a little more and pay for the upgrades and quit griping. You probably over bought for our budget at this leverl ..

We build the best house for the money. Why not build an insulated concrete house that will save 50%+ on utilities and up to 40% on insurance. Earthquake resistant, up to 300mph wind-protection, stop a 30.06 point-blank. House so air-tight that you have to bring in air through an air-to-air exchanger which takes heat or cooling out of exiting air at 95% eff. No dust, no noise. Imagine cooling 1800sf with a 1 1/2 ton air conditioner and bring it down to 60* when 95*+ outside. We are trying to find a few smart people that want to have a much better house for about 10% more than termite bait. 2 Safe Homes, new name but same Moody Brothers. Post back if need info and try to get you a #.

Sounds like a poor excuse for Copeland Contractors cutting corners and using cheap materials ... Buyers Beware!

Just so you know, I am one of Sugg subs a painter and drywall sub and they have always payed me on time and all of their other guys as well. Everyone on their jobsites are taken care of. They are very kind and respectful. They built over 20 homes last year and they built for some crazy people, so crazy I couldn't believe it. A few didn't pay them tryin to screw them and she still pay me and everyone else on the job. All of their guys have worked for them for years, so if she didn't pay I would know and wouldn't have subs to get the houses built at all. They are just gettin a hard time from other crappy builders in this town because they are actually selling houses and making money and they are young and nice. I wouldn't be surpriesed if this is other builders writing this about them, but it is probably mostly their crappy cabinet maker. or probably the same builders I see come to her jobsite everyday to steal ideas and workers. Newsflash people if subs don't get paid on a job it is for a reason. Not every sub does good work, the only sub i know didn't get paid on her job was her cabinet makers because they have had to replace two kitchens of Executive Kitchens. would you pay someone if the paint is coming off your ccabinets, but the sad thing is she did pay and thye still talk about her like a dog. They should be ashamed. I have seen people holding signs on the side of the road warning about using Executive Kitchens. Also, that crazy pillpopper in Dunwoody owes her over $90,000 and wouldn't pay any of us for our work and tried to cheat us out of money and Sugg took care of us and made sure we were all paid. Most builders I have worked for would never do that. The only people who have a probelm with the Sugg are people that owe them money because they are crooked. I could make a long list of people and customers who loved them so sad you don't hear that about 95% of their people love them. you people don;t realize that by tearing good people down you are taking food out of my kids mouth for no reason and a lot of other nice subs on thier jobs with suffer because they are tired of the bs, have plenty of money and don;t have to work so are choosing not to so they dont have to put up with crazy people anymore like so many other builders in this town like Onstead, Redden, Housley, and others. The guilty dog is the one who barks people. None of these guys are crooks, they hae just beeen unlucky enough to have to deal with nuts.

Damron Construction (Dude, Jim and Warren) are well known long-time builders of custom homes. They are honest, thorough, and you can count on a quality built home of your design and specifications. They don't take short-cuts,and build the old fashioned way...they take pride in their reputation of producing some of the most beautiful homes in Jonesboro. The trend now is to build homes that are pretty, but cheaply built. Most customers do not recognize the lack of quality details, but a good contractor can tell the difference. You can be assured that the inside walls, as well as all the other items that are not easily visible, will be of the best quality and workmanship. Best of luck to all the builders!

I so dis-agree, Brittany Ragsdale with Sugg Homes is the best in town! She built my home this year and the process was so easy and we love our home! No one would have taken 10% of the time she did with my husband and I. And she knows her stuff! Not that I nor anyone needs to tell anybody that, just go look at her work, it speaks for itself! We interviewed three other builders and nobody even came close to comparing to her knowledge and all of her subs spoke very highly of her! Sugg Homes all the way if you want a true custom home with an experienced builder and interior designer! We didn't pay a dime more than we expected to either.
Is that you, Brittany?

For a representative of "any company" to get on a gossip forum such as Topix and slander someone and even bring another business (maloney group) into their slander speaks volumes to me about Executive Kitchens. Very unprofessional!!! There's always two sides to EVERY situation and I've heard and seen the other (Sugg) side. Feel sorry for Sugg Homes who truly is a great builder. I have NO COMPLAINTS with Sugg Homes and they have ALWAYS paid and treated me fair in business. I do my job right and they pay me for my labor. It's that simple! They treat me with respect and are always honest with me.
