Seems Bielema is wanting the NCAA to implement rules slowing down up tempo no huddle offenses. Not a very impressive start in my opinion. Kind of like exposing ones potential weakness, and building a foundation for future excuses.

Seems like Saban wanted it too, and mentioned it about a year ago, I guess making excuses too.

i said future excuses. Sanan doesn't need excuses. Just not very impressive to me. Kimd of cowardly sounding like its not fair they're playing to fast mommy. He better bet used to it because its nt going to happen.

Try again in English, I might be able to read it. He said it was for player safety, as have other coaches, I don't figure he'll need any excuses.

whar else could you say? I don't match up well with up tempo no huddle? My philosophy doesn't work well against up tempo ? The no huddle up tempo will kick our butt? We're going to be to winded. As far as the injury excuse it has been noted just the opposite is true the slower pace were the top four injury prone with army leading the way.

you misspoke army was. 7 and it wood have been better said that the no huddle spread teams were among the least injury prione teams. I'm fact Hugh Freeze ASU team was # 1east injury.in 2011. I do agree though that as Freeze said the offense is on the field running just as many plays as the defense. Which defense is bielemas only concern because of the slow grind boring pace he runs. He's in the SEC now he better pull his boot straps up a d hang on for dear life. Being intimidated by the spread and try to stop it off the field isn't going to hunt. It's exciting football and here to stay.

I think pretty much every coach that doesn't use the hurry up offense hates it.

Looks likes somebody's been reading The Den. That whiny guy who runs that place was talking about it earlier. Actually, kind of sounds like the OP might be him.

no they don't, appreciate your honesty considering your pen name. To the other guy I'm a hog fan that doesn't like the change of philosophy that Petrino had brought to the the the hog game. It's like we're going back in time. It will be a slow rebuild if it even happens. This is the SEC . Why would a coach send a message to Jeff long that he made the right decision by firing Petrino when there wasn't really a job opening at the time, and your the head coach of another team. That's chicken Shi-t. Petrino should have been forgiven. For the mistake for all the good exciting football he brought. Now we have to suffer through a defensive philosophy. And whinning about the spread. I hope he runs the wishbone. Petrino should ha e been given a chance for forgiveness

What kind of Yankee asshole would come in here. Compare himself and his record to Sabans? An idiot that's who. This isn't the little 10. Your not going to play Illinois and the rest of the and the has beens. He's going to get his ass kicked and in 3 years of misery we will give him one more year. Sad/

If you are trying to tell a joke, bielemic doesn't work on someone 280lbs, and what league is he then? If you're the Petrino lover, then I guess he found his league.

well for starters probably lose to another SBC school. Then come back and play Stamford close. Then may pull out a couple of boring wins 7to 3 or 14 10 at best
