Well, if you have a computer, look it up, or read it in the Sun. I'll save you the trouble this time, it said $16/hr.

You will not find a $22/hour job in Jonesboro. The city fathers do not allow factories to pay decent wages. They make sure all the plants pay about the same so the work force is stable for all. Starting pay will be between $14 and $16.

My sister works there, she makes $21 an hour. Started out $15. She works rotating shifts, and if you WANT the hours you can get ore than you're scheduled!

Two police officers respond to a crime scene behind a grocery store. The homicide detective is already there. "What happened?" asks the first officer. "Male, about twenty-five, covered in Raisin Bran and dead as a doornail." "Good grief," says the second officer. "Didn't we have one covered in Frosted Flakes yesterday? And Captain Crunch last week?" "You're right. I'm afraid," said the detective as he took a drag from his cigar, "this is the work of a cereal killer."

I have family that works there. He makes over $22/hr. there is no top out pay and he said some people are making over $26/hr. I have tried to get on for over a year. He works a 48 hour week then a 36 hour week and rotates 12 hour shifts. He also works a lot of overtime but has a built in week off every month and has over 6 weeks of PTO. Seems like a really good place to work if you can rotate the shifts.

That's good to know, thank you. I was going to apply there but was told by some who used to work there that it's set up to where you get voted out of your job by the other employees and that everything seems to be racist there, things done against whites because they are white and all. Do you know if that's true?

Not real sure about all that, but I do know that I have been trying to get on there for awhile and I seem to always miss the timing of the application process by a few days or something and they only hire about 4 to 6 people ar a time and not very often. So that tells me that most the employees must be happy with such little turnover.
