Of course President Obama and the First Family is protected by Secret Service 24/7.

Al Queda would certainly entertain a hugh score like kidnapping the daughters of the POTUS.

I think all American children in school deserve some type of protection. Not just the presidents. Someone with a gun on school grounds discourages crime on our children. Security guard or teachers with guns would make a huge difference. This is what its come to.

"NRA is a coward" .....What the heck kind of flame baiting shat stirring remark is that? Go stand in front of a gun dealer with a sign to that effect, instead of hiding behind your computer like a coward. You'll likely get a more literal response that way. Don't you agree?

The NRA is coward. I know it and you know it. You cant deny it.

Its not just my opinion.
----------
White House press secretary Jay Carney on Wednesday blasted the NRA for its video calling President Obama "an elitist hypocrite" for being skeptical of putting armed guards in schools while his daughters receive armed protection every day.

“Most Americans agree that a president's children should not be used as pawns in a political fight," Carney said. "But to go so far as to make the safety of the president's children the subject of an attack ad is repugnant and cowardly.”

This, while the white house uses children as pawn as often as they deem necessary. They are elitist hypocrites.

The White House has no say so about 24/7 protection of the First Family. The matter exclusively falls under authority of the Secret Service. It has been that way every since the assassination of JFK. The POTUS doesn't to override Secret Service decisions on security.

But it's OK to use children as pawns as long as Obummer is doing it. Right?

Children became the focus of the gun violence issue when your gun slinger pal peppered those 20 innocent first graders.

Well there you go. If thats the case, then why is it not OK for the NRA to focus on children?

Point is the presidents children go to a school that employees 11 armed guards that has nothing to do with his children. They are there as part of school policy any additional Secret service personnel are there only when the presidents kids are there.
Yet you and him decry the opinion of placing armed personnel in schools. hypocritical.

Because the NRA is trying to make the false claim that President Obama is some kind of eliteist just because his children receive 24/7 Secret Service protection. For which there are many good reasons. But most important to the issue, President Obama has no say so on the matter. Every since the assassination of JFK the POTUS could no longer override the decisions of the Secret Service regarding security decisions.

The children of the POTUS don't attend public school. They attend private school. You can also choose to send your kids to such a private school if you desire.

But the point of the ad was not about the secret service. It was about the armed guards that work for the school. Your pal obummer frowned publicly about armed guards at school. Somewhat hypocritical, dont you agree?

You can send your children to a private school that employs armed guards. No one is trying to stop you from doing that. If you choose to do that it wouldn't classify you as an elistist.

what a laughable defense you have.
So what you saying is if your rich enough to send your kids to a private school you can have them protected but if your not rich and have to use public education your shit out of luck.

I would venture to say that most if not all private schools in the D.C. area employ armed guards. Of course I'm guessing at that but Id bet I'm close to being correct. And Id also venture to say the the Obamas selected the private school for their children based on academic credentials rather than security. Mainly because those children would be provided Secret Security protection regardless of where they attended school.

The NRA just displayed how much of a coward they really are with their ad. They really showed their true colors on that deal.

I'm not rich. I funded for my granddaughter to attend a private christain school. They didn't have armed guards at that school. Private school doesn't translate into armed guards. And being rich or not has nothing to do with it.

I venture to say most if not all private schools in the DC area employ armed guards. I figure that was not a deciding factor for the Obamas school selection since those children would be provided Secret Service protection regardless.
