He might be great, but no one is better in a criminal case than Bobby McDaniel. I've been against hime in court and I've used him when I needed a bulldog, he is the Best !!

I dont think very highly of him..just out for money..no matter if he thinks he can win the case...I'd go with Bobby McDaniel..he is more professional and will be straight with you...

I would go with these reputable names: Bobby McDaniel or Philip Wells.

Randel is great. But if you didn't have the money to pay your fines, doubt you can afford his fee for representing you for nonpayment. Bobby is also great. However, he is no longer doing any criminal defense. Neither does Philip Wells.

I served as a juror on a criminal case that Randel Miller was defending. I was greatly impressed by his ability and the homework that he obviously had done. It was a difficult case to defend, but he did great and caused several jurors to vote not guilty and the case ended in a mistrial(hung jury). The people voting guilty seemed to have the idea that the defendant was guilty because he was there, not because there was any strong evidence. Nobody was going to change their minds. Miller is a good attorney.

What was he defending the person for? Was the guy actually guilty? Did the state not present a good side too? Always wanted to be in a jury, but my name has never been called. Was it hard to end in a mistrial? Just bc the person is accused, doesn't mean their guilty. But in small towns, the state usually will only try slam dunk cases. To not spend so much money. Just wondered if it was murder or something? And if defendant was likely guilty, but not enough evidence. I love law and order. Lol.
