you seem to be special like a handicap person. I'm sure you stood outside and looked in hoping you can fetch scraps out of the dumpster to get a taste of what Omar was cooking. Pitiful fool just pretend like you can eat at a nice place like the 501 or Omar's uptown.

I like the original Omar's better, but from what I've heard, Omar abandoned it himself for bigger and better things. Omar's uptown is really good too, just more expensive... And the service sucks.

Why is it called "Omar's Uptown", when it clearly downtown?

The atmosphere is very pretty and posh, featuring a bar upstairs, and private room downstairs.

Prices of the meals are about the same as the original. Menu selection is much much smaller...

Drink prices are where they get you here- expect to pay $14 for a martini and $13 Crown & Coke.

Food quality is superb - like I have experienced at the 501.

Expect to pay $130 before gratuity if you and your date have an appetizer, steak, and 2 drinks.

Fine dining is exspensive, period. Omar's is fine dining and yes it was worth what we paid. We will return when our busy schedule allows. No kid's menu, a dress code, good wines with excellent food, unique atmosphere = Winner!

It was posted in a frame at the host counter, nothing too strict just enough to keep it classy.

Two weeks ago we went there on a weekday . The bartender upstairs was ask to make a margarita and he had to go get a another bar tender to tell him how to make one . Didn't even know the difference between red and white wines . They need help and the management is horrible . Omar is a good person . Hope they make it, but with menu prices and poor management , it will be tough when Benigans comes downtown .

. I agree. He always hits on my wife . At the 501 he would come up to her and ask 20 questions . He may be a little perverted ? Now we can go to 501 and she won't be hassled. Leave him downtown .

Don't know who was behind the bar that didn't know how to make a margarita but all the bartenders there have worked downtown for years and know what they are doing. Menu was small but that is also changing Monday from what I've heard. Great food great place.

Omar's uptown has a classy upscale atmosphere and great food and service to go with. Food is a little pricey but you get what you pay for where else can you get a 16oz prime ribeye for $27 bucks. This place is not like the 501 so don't let people fool you. This is definitely the best restaurant in north east Arkansas and I highly recommend it you really get your money's worth
