suddenlink sucks!! how terrible can they be???

Suddenlink doesn't have the capcity to serve a town the size of Lake City, much less Jonesboro.

Everytime there is a big game or event on television the Suddenlink HD channel crashes. It's stupid...big World Series game...Superbowl...and now, it's silly but the MMA fight on CBS and the channel goes out....terrible

today on channel nine they had the hog game scheduled long enough for my DVR to start recording then at 12:00 the program guide switched to horse racing so the DVR shut off !! I got home right before half time and my wife said the game just stopped taping . went back researched program and was mad as hell. Called the CS number and got a recording!!

I don't think the issue with fights tonight was Suddenlinks fault. I do believe it was a live feed

it wasn't the feed at all because the non HD CBS channel out of Little Rock worked just fine.

Channel 3 and the HD WREG were screwed during the most important parts of the fights tonight. Thought I was having that dream where something really important to you gets ruined. Luckily ch. 11 out of LR was working fine and got to see Fedor ko Rogers after a GREAT fight.

Is it just my tv or does everyone's tv picture look stretched on the HD channels? The look normal on the non-HD channels.

If you don't have an HD tv, the picture looks pretty stretched on some channels. I have a standard tv, and while watching the fights on CBSHD, it looked great til the feed starting screwing up.

Suddenlink is wonderful!! I just love my cable, dvr and internet service. I just moved in my new apartment and had it hooked up !! It is fab fab fabulous!!!

The internet sucks to me. Never works, every time they come out they say something is fried and charge something new. Having it cut off tomorrow. Its ridiculous to pay $100 a month for 70 channels and internet!!!

I can't remember having any problems with their internet. Every once in awhile it might take awhile to get from site to site, but that's pretty rare. Other than that, no complaints, other than the new cable guide.

I agree. It also seems like every month they always come up with a ton of surcharges to bill. My internet is so unpredictable and we have the best package you can buy. It is really frustrating!

I do have an HDTV (42" Vizio LCD HDTV) the picture's are good except for the HD channels they're the only ones that look stretched.

well I've had suddenlink cable forever and internet for a year and a half and I have had zero trouble. I think my internet might have went out twice in all that time.

I have TV, phone and internet with Suddenlink and couldn't be more pleased with the services they offer. Very few problems and find them to be very prompt and patient on the rare occasion that there is one.
