Has anyone worked with the Blackwell team? What is your opinion on the work they do?

I think they are nice people if you are rich. If you are poor or need help with credit they won't have time for you. Just the way it is.

Anytime it takes a team of people to sell a house, thats a red flag.

I met the Blackwells several yrs ago and they jumped through hoops for me in purchasing my house. I am not rich either JMO. I am just your average person. I have since gone back to them and they helped me again find my perfect home.
Trust me when I say that these ppl are wonderful Christian ppl who work hard for you in finding what you want. They do have your best interests at heart.

The Blackwell team are not nice people. You would be better served using ANY other real estate agent in town.

Sherlyn Blackwell has been nothing but helpful in my dealings with her--and I certainly do not qualify as rich or even wealthy or upperclass! They work as a team meaning they help each other, not that it takes all of them to sell a house. Sheesh!

What? That's crazy! A team means you have different personalities meeting all of the needs! Detailed person handing the paperwork, high energy people person finding the buyer, assistant following up on the showings, etc. One person can not effectively accomplish this task alone!

Sherlyn was so helpful and professional when we were looking for a house at Sage Meadows. I would reccomend using the Blackwell Team to anyone.

Sherlynn Blackwell sold my house and I would never use her again. I will say that Lady above has it nailed on them playing the big Christian angle and stabbing you.

Sherlynn is my aunt, and I can assure you, that she will do anything to get you into a home. She was rookie of the year her first year in Real Estate in Arkansas, and continues to win customer service awards. Please keep your personal opinions about my aunt to yourself, if you have a problem with her, please talk to her, don't bad mouth the Blackwell Team on here.

Several of the real estate agents in our area have "teams", not just the Blackwells. I think she does a great job.
