We haven't had lawful government since 1861 a.d.

So, who cares?

There is not but o e taking up for their friend Dustin. Because you use to get a ride from him.

He is the lowest form of politician!!

He is lower than I even first thought.

No ethics
No class
No jealousy.
Belinks just can't see the truth because of the past relationship she had with him.

I may be one, but count how few you are. You just don't get it or just don't like that to Dustin, your no more than something he may have accidentally stepped in. We are still friends. He probably wouldn't like that I even try to defend him on here, so with that, I'll stop. He doesn't need me to defend him from a few morons, so I won't anymore. Have fun with your bashing. It is the only satisfaction you will get. He will not step down, he will not be asked to step down, he will the the Democrat's candidate for governor and he will most likely win.

He can't even carry Craighead County if he runs for Governor . If he stays in the race he will be a laughing stock. No Christians are voting for someone that had just got married and 2 months later sleeping with the opposing counsel . Give me a break ? And he says forgive me , I just messed up ? He must think Voters from Arkansas are dumb as dirt? I am not voting for anybody that is that devious .

Assistant Attorney General Scott Richarson is the attorney on file in the case of choosing school districts. Not Attorney General Dustin McDaniel! So Dustin has done nothing illegal, just immoral. Since when have the voters not voted for someone that has done something immoral?
Dustin has said they never spoke of the case. He knew this attorney from before this case. This story is surfacing 2 years before the election of the Governor of the state of Arkansas and Dustin has apologized for his actions. When election time comes, an incident like this will be 2 years old. Noone is going to care by then except his Republican rival. Let the person with no sin throw the first stone. Arkansas may have a history of electing Republicans to the legislature, but not the Governor. Cases in point, Bill Clinton and Mike Beebe. Former Governor (R) Mike Huckabee was a great governor, but the Republicans are going to have to come up with a young, vivacious electorate that is squeaky clean and with a record as remarkable as Attorney General Dustin McDaniel's. Our state wants another President from here. That is where Dustin is eventually going to land. We are usually a red state, but when Former President Bill Clinton was running for President, our state voted for him overwhelmingly in both elections making us a blue state for 8 years.
I've always said Dustin McDaniel is going to be President one day! A blue state once again for an Arkansas home grown President. I am a Republican, but I will vote for Dustin McDaniel because I know his character and compassion along with a strong arm to get things done!
You are delusional. Bill Clinton disgraced our country. Bad character is bad character.

The biggest issue is not the cheating on his wife.

It is that he was sleeping with counsil that he was opposing in several cases!!!

Huge conflict of interest
Huge breach of trust!!!

He needs to step down! He won't, because he and Bobbi wanna be in the mansion! She's already posing for photos practicing to be the first lady! Please what AG's wife is gonna act like she's already the first lady! She's the first. Like she's already the governors wife posing for every clothing shop in the heights! It's really funny! It's like they both have an agenda and she doesn't care if he cheats or not! They want in the mansion!

Dustin may not be running for Governor anymore, but if they investigate further, he will not be a Lawyer anymore either if she tells all ?This story is just beginning . Ready for next chapter? How can you not be involved in her cases if you are the Attorney over the attorneys that opposed her in court? Impossible !

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.(AP)- Attorney General Dustin McDaniel says he won't run for governor in 2014, saying that distractions about his personal life would overshadow the discussion about Arkansas' needs.

Former Lt. Gov. Bill Halter, a Democrat, said almost immediately that he would join the race, which has also attracted former Republican congressman Asa Hutchinson.

McDaniel has faced questions about his future in the race since admitting to an "inappropriate" relationship with Hot Springs attorney Andrea Davis, who had handled five cases involving McDaniel's office. In a statement to supporters, McDaniel said a campaign "would be about me personally, rather than Arkansas's future."
