After several recent dealing with the SPCA I'm getting the idea that the 50 dollar adoption fee is more important than the home the dogs will be going to and the people that will be getting them. I'm just curious if anybody else is seeing this. I know they have a hard job and a small budget, that's not the point of this. I think the mission is being overlooked.
