I've been a prepaid T-Mobile customer for a little over two years. One day I received a text message from them telling me about the family plan. In short, I signed up. Both Phone were prepaid, and automatically charged to my credit card, However one was charged around the first of every month and the other in the middle of the month. Before I asked the question I was told what I wanted to hear.....That I wont lose any monies that it would be rolled or put into my new post paid family plan account automatically. Well, I had to call T-Mobil and get my refund on my credit card as they never did it automatically. After being bounced around to three or four people, I was on hold for about 10-15 minutes until a manager answered and I told him my ordeal. Well he was able to give me the refund on my credit card, However...He said T-Mobile doesn't usually give refunds. But I will be able to give you a one time refund because I went with the family plan..I said to him ok, but I must make something clear. I WAS told that I wouldn't be over charged and the charges from my prepaid to my post paid account will be automatically refunded or fix or whatever...And He said,....I can assure you I do this all day and we don't give credit. I said I was told that before I changed to the family plan..... I said well that's what I was told..
So basically he Just called one of T-Mobiles better customers a Liar...I will be looking into other services this coming weekend....
