Aqua IL water company is robbing me! You too?

I live in Ingalls Park/ Oak Highlands and pay $100+ every month for my water bill. Has anyone out here every gotten a straight answer from them. They will never tell me what the Plant Surcharge total amount owed is, they always take my number and tell me a supervisor will call me back. Anyone else complained? I have reported them to the Attorney General's Fraud Office, but they can't help! I can't afford to get robbed by them any more. The collective group of residents need to protest and stop paying these ridiculous bills! Protest/ Revolt, anyone with me???

Aqua, also provides water and sewer service for Candlewick Lake In Poplar Grove, IL. It is interesting the charges are the same. I am sure that some bodies pockets are being lined to allow this company to take advantage of people. But don't count on doing anything about it, our government is only interested in bailing out flunkie CEO's! not the people who pay for the bail outs.

We've only been living in CWL for 2 years and are really sick of these water bills. No one warned us that we'd be paying this much until AFTER we purchased our home. Now we know to ask about these things first.

CWL 2, I'm very curious as to why you're asking about health issues. I have many chronic conditions which have worsened in the last two years, but I've chalked it up to the passage of time. Can you please elaborate on what issues you're concerned about?
