OK, I agree on the top part. And to ease your wondering thoughts I for one never saw any cameras except for the ones in the office and by the doors. I went to Haines about 6 years ago when the playground was demolished. My friend had told me that they were building a new park and I was so happy. But then i went home on my first day and my parents asked me how my day went.. I looked at them and said,"Our park was burned down, Mommy" So I do think it was malicious for the person(s) responsible to do that. We couldn't enjoy our park for 3 (about) months.
