Well, The Tea Party is alive and well. This victory says it all. This is a victory for all Americans. We have to stop the bleeding in this country. Let this be a warning to all that reject Freedom, Democracy, and Liberty. The Tea Party is awakening this sleeping giant.

Exactly who does amnesty help? Think about it, if you are an American and you work in a factory or on an assembly line some where and you are making $25 an hour. How is granting amnesty to a bunch of illegals help you? The fact is, it doesn't! It will hurt you! If amnesty is passed, the next thing Obama will push for will be to raise the minimum wage to all employees to about $11 an hour, the Dems will cheer this. So will the Chamber of Commerce as well as the establishment Republicans. It too will eventually pass! Then eventually, the business will go through changes and the guy making $25 an hour will be replaced because the business he worked for will cut all the employees making $25 an hour. The next day, the place will be flooded with the newly legalized illegal and the company will gladly pay them $11 dollars an hour! Remember, the illegals are perfect for the Democrat party. Uneducated, needy, will tolerate crooked politicians! Unions will swoop in and take a lower union fee from several more low waged employees. This will kill American wages for years to come! So again, who does amnesty help? Not Americans!

Greetings from conservative Scottsdale Arizona ! The Republicans only have problems because they no longer hold true to their values. The Tea Party are the new Conservative party. The republicans have become the democrat party. The democrat party had now become the socialist party. Everyone is realigning themselves. I have always recognized what every party stood for. The progressive socialist Democratic Party has it easy tricking and fooing their base because they are just not the smartest kids in the sand box! LOL!!!!

The conservatives are smart people. They take offense to being made fools out of. This Cantor loss sends that that message clearly to America!!!!!

Ted Cruz for president!!!!!

He will run as a independent in the general election and win easily. AIPAC will never allow one of their drones in the number three position in the House to go quietly. Like Lieberman from the AIPAC stable ...he will be put back in office. Free elections by the people don't exist in America.

He can't appear on a ballot according to Virginia law. He can only do a write in, which won't work!

Wait? The article is nearing 2 years old, and references an election two years prior to that? It really states that Obama was a popular & cool guy that a lot of people voted for right? If you listen to his speech's 4 years ago or more, he sounds good. I postulate that it has nothing to do with voter education making a decision to vote for Obama back then. It's like saying eating pickles causes car accidents, because 90% of people who had a car accident had eaten a pickle within 48 hours. This guy's POV is nonsense in my humble opinion.

you have Google Google it. The same results for the last 5 election cycles. You are the one who clAims superior knowledge over low information democrats...yet you ignore facts that don't jive with your agenda. Go ahead Google it. Forbes and several other websites have the same info. Now talk about pickles some more, and try to deflect the truth, which is the more intelligent voter is a democratic one. And btw it's not an opinion, it's information gathered from exit polling

Try not to confuse yourself by looking at an election where Democrats dominated the win, to then conclude more high educated voters voted Democrat. Can you see the spin in that?

The reference I gave above, represents a time span (I believe since 72).

Nothing wrong with your point, but it's like going to a Democratic meeting and then concluding more educated Democrats drank Coke than Republicans. Not a real fair baseline is my point.

Still, your article is great food for the uninformed I think.

The democrats thrive from welfare and uneducated voters. That's the main core of their base. The remainder is mostly uneducated working people looking for help from the government because they can't take care of themselves. That's why they attack the successful and wealthy. Jealousy and class envy is their strategy.

I don't know about you, but I was raised to be the best I can be, don't run from hard work, and choose a profession with unlimited earning potential. I chose to be an attorney. I worked and sacrificed greatly to achieve that goal. Success is hard work. The Democrat party is not about success, it's about failure. That's why they have no problem taking from the successful to give to the failures. They have it all backwards. You reward success, not failure.

well, if you consider 4 wins and 30 losses a victory for the Tea Party, you need professional help. So when Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld put 2 unfunded wars and Medicare expansion D on the credit card while giving tax breaks to the rich you don't think that's 'bleeding the country'?

Go F*** Yourself you fake patriot.
