Goof points justdoit. This site is crazy sometimes in that a question about a sport or school ultimately leads to Balderman or Obama bashing. After all this time no one can tell me why Obama wants to accomplish some of the things he is accused of trying to do.
Because be hates American Exceptionalism. Look at his upbringing. Look at his friends. Read his autobiography. Listen closely to what he says. Look at what his actions are. You don't have to be brilliant to understand him.

The real problem is the lack of accountability and credibility. Anyone can say anything regardless of the truth and they do not have any consequences to face. This site really shows the ugly side of human nature. I can write that my child's teacher (by name) is a bomb loving serial killer. Even though she is not, people believe it because its in writing. I can write about my child's coach all the lies and insults that I want about him, his wife, and his neighbors, but no one knows who I am and wont kick my ass. People need to stop the ugliness because they are killing my view of humanity that people are basically good. Children read these posts and learn that it's ok to cyber bully from this kind of site. Change starts with you. Don't post any hateful lies and insults. And maybe we can have hope that our kids will not be like the douchebags on this site.
I agree. Anonymity is the truest test of integrity. If you behave differently on this forum than you do in person, guess what, you don't have it!

This post is brilliant. So true.

Just pulled up this post for the first time.

Just a few facts for you who post some comments that are not factual.

1. Since Bill Clinton, most americans are just fine with voting for presidents with no military background, no military experience. Republicans are just as guilty. It is very challenging and a little disturbing to expect a president to be commander and chief with no military experience. That is why Obama kept George Bush's Secretary of Defense in place when he first took office. Good move on his part. Obama had zero military experience.

2. It is my guess that none of you on this blog have served, yet your ready to make opinions and decisions on deploying ships and service men and women into combat. It would be best if americans all had skin in the game. I think we should bring back the draft and start with the people on this blog. I know quite a few left and right wingers who are fine with miltary deployments, soldiers coming back in coffins, no arms, no legs, mentally disabled. While they sleep in warm beds, with there families, and don't even think about this. War is ugly, please take a day off from this blog and reflect on this. Please know that this president is relying almost 100% on his advisors, including military generals to make his decisions. Why? Because he has no clue and no experience. It's not right to continue to vote for presidents who lack experience in military life. Sorry democrats, but this president not only has no experience in military life, he has not experienced most things he was put in charge of. Including running a business. We need to elect presidents who believe in capitalism. Not presidents who take advantage of short term failures of American Economic Policies. Both parties are to blame for our situation, but as an American, I just don't understand how democrats, Americans, can be proud of this president. He has done very little in his first four years. His only claim to fame is Obamacare. And that will fail miserably. He is not a capitalist. Capitalism is what has helped the poor in our country. It is what brought upon the first country in the world with a strong middle class. His socialist agenda will not hurt the rich. They will stay rich, it will hurt the very people who are on food stamps, who rely on the government for cheese. Obama policies are not friendly to the hard working poor, to the hard working middle class, or to the hard working rich.

3. Know the facts, be more in tune with what our military has been through the past 25 years. And stop blaming Obama for everything. He is not to blame. He is just not informed and is not qualified to run our country. But just know we have great leaders in the military. He has some great advisors, and all we can hope for is the next four years go just as fast as his first four years. It will. And when you look back, the only thing he accomplished his Obamacare and that will be gone in no time after he is out of office.

Looks like Cantor is on board for the legalization of millions of illegals. The Republican Party is selling out its supporters. They will do anything for a vote.

<quoted text>the problem with people like you and all liberals is that if you don't agree with Obama and his agenda you are labeled as a racist,. Got news for you pal, I have many black friends who know and can't stand were Obama is heading this country. They get it too, your conservative racist claim is a total JOKE! Beat it. The spin your putting on new lenox is laughable. Close minded has nothing to do with any of this. The facts are right in front of the whole country to see. Go spin your stupidity elsewhere and leave the discussion here to the people who have intelligence, go watch some more msnbc or CNN that's your intelligence level.
Whoa..slow your role big guy. New Lenox was a cracker town since it's inception. The only reason it grew like it did was because of white flight. This town is full of white families who escaped the south suburbs to get away from blacks. Racism was and is the reason this town grew like it did the last 20 years.

There is nothing legally wrong in a de jure or de facto sense with being a Caucasian and not wanting to live around blacks. To me, not wanting to get caught in the black undertow is good sense.

No one, but no one can tell of a place in America that's changed from white to black and where school test scores have gone up, crime down, and social pathologies such as one-parent families and illegitimacy down.

Until the aforementioned happens, no white with a brain would dare entrust his family's safety, real estate values, or educational opportunities to the phantom god of diversity.

A generation ago the buzzword was integration. It simply didn't work for the reasons given above. Renaming this failed bit of social engineering won't change history or the facts. And screaming racism at anyone who sees things clearly only identifies the name-caller as a hateful fool. Yes, facts are stubborn things that just won't go away.

So am I. What you are over looking is the terms, conditions, and the process. Democrats just say legalize everyone that crossed the border or refused to go back when their visas expired. The republican plan written by marco rubio for legalization is not close to meeting the leinency the democrats want!
