You asked where it says it is legal. I told you. You don't have to like it, but you cannot deny it.
The very idea that laws are limited to what is mentioned in the Constitution is really, really silly which is exactly why speed limits have everything to do with this conversation and why your input had nothing to do with the conversation.
So what you are saying laws do not have to be spelled out in the Constitution but only merely need to be implied. So Roe v Wade is a law of man, an applied law, and not from the Creator. A woman's right to choose, abortion, is granted by man and not her GOD. Still trying, I don't see where abortion is a GOD given right endowed by the Creator. Murder is murder no matter how man made laws are written. But in this case, implied.

Since you appear to be a liberal there Mr. Appalled, and you most likely want gun control and not gun safety, can you answer me this question. It's the same question put to Rep. Diane DeGette (D) Colorado on abortion.

The reporter asks DeGette if liberals are for gun control citing that even if one child is saved from gun control laws such as in the case in Sandy Hook where innocent children were murdered by a crazed nut, then why do liberals support abortion. If the outcome is to enact laws to save at least one child, then why have a law on the books that allows for the murder of children?

It isn't very hard to answer is it? Give it a try.

Speed limits have nothing to do with this conversation. Your argument is a false one because speed limits have never been tried at the SCOTUS level. Speed limits have nothing to do with 'rights' granted by our creator. Liberals have found that our creator has granted women the 'right' to murder a baby in the womb. This 'right' was discovered by liberals in 1973 and used to allow for the legality of abortion even though the people who wrote the Constitution did not mention the word abortion in any of the 4,543 words contained therein.
Liberals have a habit of finding things in the Constitution that are not outlined when it suits their needs, i.e. abortion, forced busing, voter id, but overlook and disregard things that are spelled out in clarity when it does not, i.e.'the right to bear arms shall not be infringed.'
So I take it that you don't have a problem with background checks and firearm registration since the Constitution specifically says that they are to be well regulated. Is this still the pool forum?

Why do you keep changing the subject? Why not answer the original question.

Where does it say that a woman's right to choose to murder her baby in the womb is specifically spelled out in the U.S. Constitution?

Aren't you the one who originally changed the subject from pools to abortion? Silly person.

The crown is just fine, thank you Neighbor. I have been taking very good care of it ever since you gave it to me.

You do realize don't you, that my so called "crowning" by you is a passive aggressive defense that is very similar to name calling. I just thought I would point that out to the man who claims to never do such things.

Additionally, all of Mary Catherine's "applied and implied" rhetoric is irrelevant and off topic. The law says it is legal. Period.

Murder. Period. The unjust act of a judge, jury, and executioner deciding the fate of another human being, an innocent one at that, who committed no crime except for being born.
