This news story is lacking any useful information about the victim. Stateville prison has major problems providing health care to prisoners. This man was known to have epilepsy, and yet nurses failed to give him his medications timely. This is why he won the lawsuit. But did he really win? He's paralyzed and severely disabled. Does money help him now?
