Glen is a make believe coach. just a figure of speech. See when someone has a kid throw curve balls at 9. We call that a Glen. When someone thinks they have a great coach mind. But they really just have the best talented players we call that a Glen. When they cut 6 kids every year. Oh that's just Glen. When 90% of his players are play downs. Glen again. When 12 families make a trip out of town to watch their son play in a big tournament and the coach only bats 9. Lol Glen. So the key is have fun with your son be good to all the boys and don't be a Glen.
not a super coach

I sorry this whole time I had a different idea of what a Glen was. I thought it meant start friendships with people then cut their kid's because you have to be number one. Cut your neighbors son and pretend like nothing is wrong. I thought it was when you send out your midget minion out to recruit other parents and break apart happy teams. I thought it meant be named a coach of an all area team then steal players or name your friends kids to the team when kids of color are much better. Four rules of life. Stay in school. Don't do drugs. Be good to people. Don't be a Glen.

I guess I can assume you all personally know a coach named Glen and you do not approve of his coaching methods.

Thank you.

Can I also assume that every disliked coach has a short dimwitted sidekick.

Yes Evelyn this is a truth. The dimwitted sidekick is a standard in all evil plots. This makes the evil mastermind feel larger than life. This allows the mastermind to have the confidence to pull off the unthinkable.

You have to love the haters that hide behind a fake name and post about things they have now clue about. If you had a nut sack you would pick up the phone and call Glen or his sidekick and handle it like a man. Instead you hide on a chat board filled with jealously and and only dream you and your son could have accomplished what they have. Get a life you coward or just shit your mouth. Or even better yet post your real name on here and come up with a legit grip u piece of garbage!

Look at the anger. I have read about people who have taken steroids have little fits of rage. I hope you can find inner peace. Remember people are jealous. I wish I could walk around only thinking about how great I am. How you are able to do that is awesome. To live in a alternative reality is a special talent. That makes you a very special little guy.

Yes Evelyn, I am sure since you have so much time on your hands that you have read all about people that have taken steroids and and have little fits of rage, commonly known as "Roid Rage" however you are also mistaken about that. I really don't need to sit here and tell you how great anybody is but if you need some facts please visit www.leaguelineup.com/welcome.asp... . The information you can gather there should speak for itself. From what I can gather from your posts it is actually you that seems to be living in alternative reality. Maybe you should look in the mirror and figure out what would possess you to post on a board as such with no facts to back up your ignorance.. As I may be special, I have come to the conclusion that I am nowhere as special as you are.
Before you start namecalling, maybe you should realize that the sharp tongued "evelyn" is posting from a completely different address. Apparently that "evelyn' has a dog in your fight. I don't.

I never posted any such garbage.

But have a nice evening.

Glen look how many teams PAC has lost since Cully and yourself became part of travel there? All you guys cared about was winning at all costs.
No offense you guys cut neighbors, best friends, and didn't even care! What are you gonna do when your son rides the bench in high school because he didn't grow as a player? Daddy can't help him there!
Sad very sad

Wow after reading this over the last couple of days I can feel pretty sure that Mr. truth you are not a nice person. Mean is the word i am looking for. I went to your website link. Nice record. But i did what to be better informed. I see a team that is quitting because most of the team is play downs and can't play until early June. If you do an usssa check of the players on your teams you have had 31 rostered players over the last 5 years. Is that a lot? I seem to think that may be a lot. Only two of the kids are from the original team. Why is that? But when you think how lucky those two kids are having the opportunity to get to meet all of those new friends each year after year. It must be hard to tell those other kids why you had to cut them and take them away from their new friends. But I sure you took the high road and had a one on one talk with each of them and explained that they were just not good enough to play with the two core kids of the team. Good Luck and I don't hate anyone I just feel sad for those 29 other boys. I will also miss those cool uniforms. I think more boy teams should wear Boombah stuff.

29 new players thats 5.8 a year. Holy cow! I am glad that these coaches are make believe because that would be hard to believe a father/coach could cut that many children in that short of time. And fyi boombah makes great girls fast pitch uniforms.

LMAO All you guys are morons. High School is around the corner and your going to find out that High School coaches do not care that your son played on the Sparks or the Tornados or what ever team. Your kid better be there from day 1 and work hard and better not just show up when they have tryouts or he is not going to make the team bottom line. There lots of Glens out there coaching youth baseball. Believe me when I say he will not effect his son or your son when high school baseball starts. The truth always comes out in the end when daddy not there in control.Focus on the baseball future not the past.

It is hard to let it go when you see your son freshmen year almost 6 ft tall and athletic. And he doesn't want anything to do with baseball. My wife and I look back and see that his coach gave up on him. These coaches don't have any idea on how much these kids look up to them. Sad really. I hope your son does well in high school. Good luck to you.

the one think I can say is ever since shawn G has taken over the travel teams. The pac travel teams have been great. They are making a strong come back at the younger teams.

The PAC younger teams have always been some of the best teams in the area. The issue is when they get older the resident rule kills the talent pool and the teams either leave or kids leave. When your playing the Sparks and they have 9 of the best kids that live in 7 diffrent towns it hard to compete.Shawn always has done a good job but that something he cant even control without changeing the rule
